5th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)So disappointed in this company! Not following legal guidelines, a lady is selling her house through this company and this lady is buying my mums through this same company! My mums sale is taking months due to the purposeful delays of the sale of her house so delaying ours! This is costing us more money I want to remove mums house to another estate agent! Now told we can’t speak to the estate agent! Yet again another illegal move I will be taking further action I want mums house back

1st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Just wanted to say that Andy and Millie at Newton Fallowell were amazing during a very long and at times stressful negotiation to get my property sale over the line.There were times when we thought the move would never happen ,but numerous phone calls and discussions on our behalf pulled off a positive outcome. Would recommend very highly.- 24th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)After making the mistake of putting our house up for sale with Yopa we didn’t have One viewing in 10 months, so I decided to go with William H Brown in Retford something I should’ve done from the beginning. We started to get people through the door within weeks they definitely know the local market. I would like to say a big thank you to Sarah Rhodes and Liz nothing was two much trouble from start to finish and very helpful with any questions we needed. The whole team was fantastic?????? I would definitely recommend William H Brown and would certainly use them again ????????????????
15th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Couldn't ask for better more professional estate agents. Always keep in touch, either on the phone or by email. The advertising was fantastic, the staff were always polite and prompt to.answer if we had any queries. I would highly recommend them

31st Mar 2026 (19 days ago)Have had very poor service provide, when the agent want something or information from you they call you every day and even give you deadline for submitting which is good but when its us wanting an update from them they dont deliver. Had an interest in one of the houses and was told its under renovations, was asked to pay holding deposit only to be told after 7 weeks of them having my holding deposit to be told they are refunding the money as they are not getting an update from the landlord.3 days later only to see the house back on the market but nothing has been said regarding my refund. I am really dissapointed. Had to call your agent Charlie Gale several times to get an update and i am still waiting to here about the refund.- 19th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)We were very happy with the service provided by W.H Browns of Dinnington..From the very start we were advised and led by a great group of professionals. The online advertising created immediate interest in the house and updates from the office kept us constantly in the loop. Jane and both Ellie's made the whole process clear and straight forward. 24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
9th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.

27th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
