If I could give them 6 stars, I would. We hired PriceLinsey as our property surveyor for a flat we were going to purchase in Chesterfield. The Friday before our Monday survey, we were informed by our mortgage lender that they considered the property "not suitable for a loan" due to "in situ concrete" construction. Massive thanks to Jamie, who not only helped us understand our situation, but also educated us in what to look out for in other properties.
