If I could rate 360 Properties' services with 10 stars, I would do so. Francis and his team are a breath of fresh air, offering a truly human and humane experience through a process which is traditionally filled with anxiety, tight deadlines and processes which often lack clarity causing additional stress.
The 360 Properties team has made it all an experience which was fast, transparent and easy! Real-time progress dashboards, extremely responsive messaging back and forth and a team, that fought battles and resolved challenges for me, one after the other, sometimes without my knowing, even. What else can anyone ask for?
I wholeheartedly and passionately recommend 360 Properties, Francis and his team for selling or renting your house. This is the team that you want by your side in a market where 360's competitors are just ticking boxes and quite frankly, couldn't care less as to getting the right outcome at the right time, considering all challenges that a seller or buyer may be facing.

My wife and I brought a three bedroom property from 360 properties two years ago and got 360 to manage this for us the service we have received for both buying and renting this has been exceptionally good they have been very good at getting us tenants and have no issues with them I would definitely recommend them in the future and have recommended in the past to friends and family I'm very happy with the service and will definitely use 360 properties to make more purchases in the future thanks for all your hard work.

We initially used a local Aylesbury estate agent as we believed that the fact that they only concentrated on the Aylesbury area would help us sell our home. However, after nearly 4 months and no sale we turned to 360 properties and Terri.
We found that the combination of 360 properties extensive network plus Terri‘s passion and dedication to selling our property was a winning combination and resulted in an offer literally within one week that converted to completion promptly.
We found Terri to be both incredibly hard-working and creative as well as passionate as ourselves in selling our property. Terri always gave us very sound advice and had both ourselves and the sellers best interest at heart. We would without hesitation, recommend 360 properties and Terri to anyone wishing to either buy or sell a home.

Very unhappy with the dealings and not reliable, would not recommend anymore.
We bought house with 360 properties and Francis was very good in recommending the builder did the renoovation works, after 6 months later leaking problems on the roof, leakage from bathroom, due to the issues we seeked a professional builder, did a check at propetty and lots of issues identified and we have to spend thousands to resolve the problems.
I send email to Francis to report, he replied back to contact solicitor and I am going legally against the builder as well as this estate agent.

We initially interacted with Francis because 360 Properties had a house that we were interested in. The house was well advertised with high quality photos and a virtual tour which meant we could show all our family the house that we were interested in without having to do additional viewings. We found Francis to be very personable, friendly, flexible, always available and above all a great salesman! At this point we had not sold our house but having interacted with other agents in the area we decided that the person who we wanted to sell our house was Francis at 360 Properties. I don't think any agent in the area can match the modern service that people expect in 2022. We have now completed on the sale of our house and would have no hesitation recommending Francis, Wendy and 360 Estate agents to anyone looking to sell their house in Wendover, Aylesbury or Buckinghamshire. Moving is stressful and Francis, Emma, Wendy and the team try to make it as easy as possible with their knowledge, advice and by keeping you informed at each stage, from the initial photographs right through to completion. Francis conducted the viewings which were grouped together reducing the hassle, and once we'd accepted an offer, Wendy looked after the chain keeping in touch with the other agents and solicitors so you always knew what was going on. 360-Properties work hard for you and I wouldn't use any other agent in the area.

360-Properties went above and beyond in helping us secure our home, in particular Francis was very helpful. We had trouble with our initial lenders and he went ahead and put us in contact with Emma as their trusted mortgage broker. Emma managed to sort out our mortgage related issues asap when our initial lenders fell through, she found us the lowest interest rates, dealt with any problems that arose immediately. Both Francis and Emma did a wonderful job of keeping us in the picture as to what is happening in regards to progression of the purchase as well as the mortgage. Overall they made it a very pleasant and warming experience to purchasing our first home, I have nothing to critic them on and would like to thank them once again for their help and how professional they were in regards to their work.

I have several properties that I let out. Every couple of years I review the performance of my agent, looking ease of contact, reliability, accuracy in dealing with rents and agreements, costs and more.
Unlike some agents they have the confidence not to attempt to lock you into their services. In recent years many smaller agents have been bought out by larger companies with different people dealing with renewal, viewing, rent collection, property visits etc. The result is that "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing"
It is coming up to two years working with 360, and I am more than happy to continue to work with them.

Francis and Wendy, both kept me up to date. Due to certain unforeseen circumstances, the whole process took longer than anticipated, but i found 360 Properties to be very actively managing relationships and expectations on both sides. Both Francis and Wendy are very professional, have a lot of local knowledge and experience and also very pleasant to deal with. the ONLY reason i am giving them a 4 star review, is because they did their job really well on behalf of the seller :)

We had to sell our home due to a family member becoming unwell and needing care. Francis and Emma are the most helpful and professional people we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Due to spending most of our time in London, Francis kindly stepped in and assisted the buyer in what she required from us, for example a second viewing and letting in a contractor so she could get measurements for decorating and sizing up for furniture. If it was not for them we would have had multiple trips back and forth with a baby in tow. My partner and I would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone we know and we are extremely grateful to them and Wendy who helped us immensely in the sale of our house!

At the end of the day you want an estate agent who can sell your house quickly and for a good price. Francis did both these. A sale was agreed within 72 hours and for above the asking price. With his knowledge of the local market, a significant pool of well-vetted potential buyers and the use on innovative technology, he was able to quickly arrange viewings and market the property. Yes, you pay a bit more for his services, but that was money well spent. The other larger estate agents just seemed to lack the motivation to work in your best interests. I also have experience of dealing with Francis for lettings and again, his service is better than the competitions.

I enquired about a house that had been sold stc, and asked Wendy to let me know if it comes back on the market. To my surprise and delight, Wendy contacted me and arranged a viewing for me when it was back on the market. Francis showed me around the house, and I wasn't as keen on the place in person. However, I had a chat with Francis about what I was looking for, and asked whether he could let me know if something else comes up in the area. Francis contacted me very quickly to say that a house was coming onto the market, and would I like to see it before it goes on. I viewed it with Francis showing me around, and loved it so much I made an offer on the spot. The offer was accepted quickly and I was so pleased. Francis was incredibly quick to answer any questions that I had, and was very straight forward and advised me brilliantly. The sale completed just before Christmas, and I cannot be happier. The whole team at 360 Properties keep to their word, and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to sell, or if you are looking for a place to buy.
