We happy with the agent who actually dealt with trying to sell our property.
However overall it was not a positive experience.
Rude female agent on the sales team who was condescending and very insulting when ever we had to deal with her.
Eventually pulled property off CJHole when the only Sale we did get fell through day before exchange.
Sold with another local estate agent who I would recommend wholeheartedly.
Afraid there were staff who consistently let CJHole down.

I cannot praise the team at C J Hole Bradley Stoke enough…they simply are the best! I’ve been dealing with them for over 10 years and couldn’t wish for better service…the whole team is very professional and nothing is too much trouble.
It’s refreshing these days to find a team that is so customer orientated, consistently providing updates, feedback and follow-up. So if you want your property sold these are the people to do it…a big thank you to them all…just need a special mention for Julian who got the ball rolling and superstar Helen who progressed the sale and goes way beyond her remit to get the job done.

This is the second time I have used C J Hole to sell properties and I have been delighted with the level of service received both times. In my view they go above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent - their sale progression is second to none (they certainly do a huge amount more than their counterparts in the chain) I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Had 2 viewings in the space of 4 weeks and much more expensive than other local estate agents. Once CJ Hole realised our new house provider were footing the bill the price suddenly increased. They also still have my house key after a month of me requesting it back.

Always polite, friendly and on time. Great at making sure everyone was safe with the extra COVID-19 measures. Great communication and made sure we had lots of viewings.

CJ Hole were absolutely amazing, they sold my flat in one day without it even going on the market! Sam and Helen were so helpful throughout the whole process, and we wouldn’t of been able to buy our dream home without them so I can’t thank them enough!

Recently sold with Cj Hole Bradley Stoke and would strongly advise to avoid.. The only way I can describe my experience is to say that throughout the process they acted as if they were working for the buyers and not in my interests. Poor communication, Poorly vetted prospective buyers (timewasters). Property initially overvalued however once I suggested and instigated a price drop they did actually find a serious buyer, However then from this point onwards did very little to drive the sale forward.
Totally different experience with the Agents handling my onward purchase who were hightly professional, kept all parties updated & relentlessly drove the sale right to completion - I most certainly know who I would instruct in the future
