At a time when I had to move out of my previous property which had already been sold and the purchase process seemed to have ground to a halt it was James of AJ Homes who acted as a contact between all the parties to speed up and finalise the sale. I would most definitely recommend them and would use them if I were to sell in the future.

Absolutely disgrace of a an Estate Agent and their reputation is well know for this.
I spoke to other Estate agents whilst looking for a property after instructing AJ homes to sell my family home. AJ homes are a great estate agent if you want to do all the chasing and work yourself but pay for the privilege of having them put a sign outside your house! The whole process which was (no chain, pre-approved buyers and all things in place allegedly upon offer) took almost 7months! I was told at one point the house was exchanging and completing give me 5days to rehome myself and my children this then never happened thankfully but I was strung along for a further 2months after that date. The discount that was verbally offered to come off the invoice to say sorry never happened they still took full fees! I STRONGLY ADVISE NOONE USES THIS COMPANY!

AJ Homes looked after my tenancy property very well for 2 years. Andrew was always willing to do the extra mile to help any issues that arose with the property whether it was maintenance or late payments from tenant. I also sold the same property through AJ Homes and it was once again excellent service right from valuation to exchange of contracts and completion. Thanks to AJ Homes & his team for their outstanding work in selling and managing our property. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again if needed.

I recently used the services from aj homes in order to rent our property . Not only was this completed extremely quickly but they took care of all the viewings with no hassle and found us the perfect tenants. I would definitely use aj homes again if and when we need new tenants. Great service!!

I would definatly recommend aj homes. After recently losing my mum i needed to sell her home. From the initial meeting through to handing over the keys on completion they were excellent.
