I have sold two property’s with CJ hole on Gloucester rd and on both occasion's been more than satisfied with how the whole process was handled. All the staff I had dealt with were always keen to help and very informative. I couldn’t recommend them enough. A final special thank you to Andy who’s patience and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed.

CJH acted as our agent selling a property for us. The sale has been successfully completed, although it did take a bit longer than expected.
Ms Emily Davies, the senior sale person helped us to get the place ready. She was excellent in preparing the sales brochure that attracted quite a few viewings. We are very pleased with Emily and CJ Hole team for their excellent services. Thank you!

Ben Pursey at CJ Hole Southville was a great agent for my flat and found a tenant quickly. He was quick and clear communicating and polite too. Initially I was dealing with another person at the same branch and communication was poor and sporadic. Thanks Ben.

If I could give Emily Davies on the Bishopston Sales team 10 stars I would. What I most value about Emily is that she understands that buying and selling houses is relational: both sides need to get a sense of one another, and to feel seen, understood and held in the process. Emily does all three, outstandingly. She is simply the best estate agent I have met in 30 years of buying and selling.

As always CJ Hole provided an excellent service selling my home from start to finish, I have previously used the Henleaze office, this time it was the Westbury-on-Trym office, and they have been equally good.

The whole team at C J Hole have been incredible from start to finish, from the honesty and advice at the start all the way through to managing offers and especially the sales progression.
