The team at CJ Hole Southville were helpful and efficient with the process of renting out my property on short notice ahead of an international move. From advertising the property, to arranging the viewings or managing referencing and contracting processes - everything ran very smoothly. Special thanks to our property manager Max; who facilitated the process from the start. He’s professional, insightful and responsive - giving us peace of mind while abroad. I’ve had a great experience with CJ Hole so far. Liam has been excellent during property viewings – friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about the properties, making the whole process feel relaxed and informative.
Emily also carried out the valuation of my house and provided really helpful, practical advice about the market and next steps, which I really appreciated.
Overall a very professional and helpful team, and I’d happily recommend CJ Hole based on my experience.

My husband and I were assisted by Oliver Pickering from CJHole, who helped us find and secure the rental agreement for a house which is our dream home now. We even requested a second viewing, which he was happy to do so! Honestly, he is a very professional man who gets the job done!
