I would appreciate an update every now and again. I have called the branch several times but I haven’t been able to speak to anyone who is dealing with my property. I have no idea if it’s normal to have two viewings since tge property was listed or if the price is too high.

If I could give CJ Hole 10 stars I would. From George and the sales team in Westbury-On-Trym who made selling our home so straightforward to Lorraine in Henleaze who managed to progress the chain when everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I dont think our chain would have completed at all without her!
In an industry where standards of customer care dont seem to be very high CJ Hole are a shining example of how to look after your customers during an incredibly stressful time. I cannot recommend them enough and my family and I are so grateful for all the help and support CJ Hole have given us!

CJ Hole managed the sale of my late parents house in Westbury Park. It had been in the family for 59 years and so following my Mother's death in October we put it on the market. I met with three estate agents and Tim Pepper was head and shoulders above the other candidates. He came to a different view as to the value and saleability of the house and when challenged came up with clear and persuasive arguments to back up his opinions. It was on that basis that we appointed CJ Hole. Within 24 hours the house was sold, effectively before we'd even tested the market.
As this was a probate sale there were quite a few hurdles to clear before we could complete. Again Tim's knowledge of the process and advice on possible time scales were spot on. Once the sale was agreed Lorraine Banbury managed the rest of the process. She was brilliant to work with, dealing with me in a very sensitive way as and when queries arose from the buyers. She was the perfect "go between" and always quick to respond to phone calls or emails.
Disposing of the house was potentially a very traumatic time for my three sisters and myself (they all live away from Bristol) and so we agreed that I would be best placed to appoint and deal with the estate agents as one of the executors of my late mother's will. Without question CJ Hole made the process that much easier for me to deal with and stress free. Even when there were brief delays in the probate process, they were most understanding particularly with what was then a deadline to meet so that the buyers could benefit from the stamp duty holiday.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who had a probate sale to manage or any other sale for that matter. A faultless service and experience from start to finish.

We decided to instruct CJ Hole Henleaze to sell our property having spoken to a number of local agents. From the moment we spoke to the office to arrange the valuation up until the day we completed their service was faultless and far superior to any of the other agents we dealt with in the moving process. George Mawer and Tim Pepper clearly know the Henleaze Market inside out and were extremely positive about selling our home and getting the best price. We had 3 valuations on our property and out of all of them CJ Hole produced countless numbers of similar houses that they had sold to justify their price and their presentation about their service and marketing was fantastic. Once we had made the decision to instruct them the whole team had arranged to visit our property to take all the details that they required to market the property. We had an open day the following week with over 20 viewings and accepted an offer (1 of the 7 we received!) early the next week. After the sale was agreed our main point of contact was Dianne Willis who is the offices sales progressor and she was great at keeping us in the loop with both our sale and the property we were buying. The other members of staff, Nick, Tom and Jessica were all very pleasant to deal with also. We would highly recommend CJ Hole Henleaze to anybody thinking of selling or buying in the Henleaze area.
