Recently rented our property using Cubitt & West Brighton. Sam, the lettings manager, was super friendly and helpful. The marketing material was a far higher standard than any of the competitors. The property went on the market within a couple of hours of Sam's visit and was let on the first day of viewings. Sam kept us up to date throughout the process and was always on hand to answer any questions that we had. Can't recommend the service highly enough!

Really pushy, constant contact with little respect for your own time. When we were interested in a property and were promised a call back regarding a second viewing, this then never happened (despite the property still being listed as unsold).

Sophie really took the time to understand what we were looking for, and once we found the right place the team was in constant contact. Toby dealt with our mortgage application in house, making it completely painless, and Dylan was great in making sure we were informed every step of the way.
Would highly recommend based on my experience.

Leafletts keep getting put through my door saying they have a buyer for my home. This is council property. They obviously don't do their research or they wouldn't distribute their leafletts on council estates.
