We recently sold our house in Shoreham by Sea with Eloise and her team in Patcham. Eloise has been fantastic securing the asking price in a turbulent market. We had an open day with good footfall through our property and excellent feedback from our viewings. Our buyer came from the open day. Alice and Zack were always cheery and helpful with our enquiries that we made and nothing was too much trouble for any of the team whenever we called. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking to sell.

Where do I start! Cubitt & West we’re amazing from start to finish! Eloise knows how to run a hardworking team! Zak & Alice never hesitated to help with any questions or queries. Zak helped with a lot of the technical side of the process, he was also very polite and positive in any hard situations. He was very knowledgeable. Alice was always happy to help with any problems we faced at a quick pace. Alice was great at helping me with any paperwork I had and was always happy to put the kettle on when coming into the office to help with paperwork. She also helped match my requirements and found a great property for me which went through in just a few months. Eloise was brilliant from start to finish with getting the sale through in the time frame I was
working towards. Eloise was very professional and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Thank you to the whole team at Patcham Cubitt & West.

We were greeted by Eloise who advised us on the marketing a value of our property. She was knowledgeable and respectful and we were more than happy to market through Eloise and her team. For the day to day correspondence we spoke with both Alice and Zak. They again were knowledgeable, approachable, professional and a pleasure to deal with at all times. We had no problems with them letting themselves and any potential buyers into our property when we were not around.
I would happily use the Patcham branch again if I had a property to sell. We think of them all as friends and pop in when we can, for a catch up.

Our experience with Cubitt and West Patcham branch has been nothing short of excellent. We are first time buyers buying a house through them, and for anyone that's been in that position, you'll know that there is a lot of information to take in, and it can be a confusing place to be.
The team at Patcham took us 'under their wing' with the most personal touch you could hope for, guiding us through the process and continually going above and beyond their duties to make us feel at ease.
I honestly can't recommend Alice, Eloise and Zach at C&W Patcham enough, I wish all businesses everywhere were run with this approach.
