This is one estate agent to avoid no communication very poor photo service room sizes all wrong and six bullet points and room sizes and that was it. Put it on the net and let the internet do the selling not value for money

I'd like to say thanks to Bilal at douglas allen I was on the market for nearly 7 months with another agent and they couldn't sell my property and kept reducing the price , Bilal kept regular contact with me and explained he could sell my property instantly. When my contract came to an end I called bilal and he straight away booked me a valuation and within 2 weeks sold my property for over asking price this guy is a man of his words and loves his job because his attention to detail is amazing. I'm so excited to get the keys for my dream home all thanks to bilal I wish I came to douglas allen sooner.

Cubbitt and west were excellent in every department for us with the knowledge of our area , the pricing of our house which was spot on and even down to the answering of all of our questions which were quite a few. We could not thank them enough.

Really lovely buying experience from this estate agent. Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

Richard, Chris and Demi are the best agents/service I have received in a very long time. Everything was of the highest professional standard. They answered all questions promptly and dealt with any issues that arose, finding solutions to make sure the completion happened (when looking unlikely). Couldn't recommended the team highly enough. They will have my repeat business for a long time!
