What can I say .. I used Aaza to sell my flat and from the moment I spoke to them I felt comfortable, the Agent’s Mr Sajid and Mr Babul was very thorough in explaining the process to me, he arranged a next day visit to do a valuation and also take professional pictures and my property was marketed within 3 days of the visit. Had a slow response when selling the property but that was not Aaza fault, I guess it was the market due to COVID19. AAZA have set a new standard in Property sales. Understanding our needs better than we did, Aaza found us our perfect home , they then proceeded to market our property, using a professional photographer at no cost to us, they showed our home in its best light. Aaza showed prospective buyers round and gave us useful feedback following each viewing. Aaza found our buyer in a few short weeks and from then on they managed our sale and ongoing purchase. Communication was excellent and I was able to text or phone outside of normal working hours. We had hiccups as all house sales do, but honestly without Aaza there to guide and support us I doubt we would have successfully moved at all!
