My experience with Absolute Agents in Bedford was highly disappointing, particularly when it came to getting my deposit back. Despite maintaining the property in excellent condition and adhering to all guidelines, they unfairly deducted a significant portion of my deposit for issues that were either exaggerated or simply fabricated. It felt as though they were looking for any excuse to take money from me, regardless of whether the claims were valid.
Communication was also frustrating, with the agents being evasive and uncooperative when I tried to dispute the charges. It became clear that they prioritize taking as much from tenants as possible over being fair or reasonable

I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Having struggled with the sale of our property and been very unhappy with the service from one of the big name estate agents, we found absoloute to be the complete opposite. Sold the property within a week, and helped push everything through as fast as possible. Always got called back and answered emails when asking for updates, we would highly reccomend.

Approachable, very professional, and worth every penny in fees.
These guys have been managing my property rentals for the past few years and consistently provided me with a fantastic service.
I used to manage my properties myself but using Absolute has taken all the stress away from being on call 24/7. They carry out regular inspections make my life easy by quickly resolving any issues that come up so to maintain happy tenants and less hassle for me????.
I highly recommend them. A fantastic team!
