As a team they are fantastic , whether communicating with tenants, making sure all the maintenance is up to date and making sure we comply with all the regulations. very bad services. beware.i confirm this bad comment.the owner,original born in albania,ALFREDO PREMTAJ,dont pay back me, in my bank account,the rent,when the teenant pay behalf the agreement.3 month rent stolen and never pay.miscondoct and swear under the phone and sms.(about sms i give to office police in newcastle upon tyne).the proof how much disonest and cowboy man is this guy.BEWARE.ABSOLUTE BEWARE.... DO NOT USE! - Absolute disgraceful and shocking company - DO NOT USE! I spoke with a lovely and extremely knowledgeable lady called Jacquie about my property portfolio in October 2020, which was due for sales completion in early 2021. I then emailed in February 2021, NO reply to my email and impossible to get through on the mobile telephone number i had.( I have since found out that Jacquie has in fact left this extremely unprofessional outfit). I have since spoken with both a male and female, neither of whom speak fluent English, or more worryingly appear to have no knowledge of the lettings market - what so ever! Unable to offer me even the very basic guidance on anything, they couldn't even provide me with information on what certificates i would need to provide for my properties - and they have the audacity to advertise themselves as a letting agent. TOTAL CON ARTIST PLEASE DO NOT USE!... Read more

This is a very disgusting company, the attitude of the staff (Jackie) is very disgusting. As a tennant I should be able to speak to the agency the faults with the boiler to be told I had to do this in writing as they were sick of me ringing about problems to then be met with a cow boy plumber who made things 10 times worse then what should have been a simple 5 minute fix which ended up taking 5 days to correct. Jackie and Alfredo do not care about anything as long as their get the money from you. It’s a shambles of a company and changing its name 3-4 times is not going to make difference as thing will catch up to him. If I could give these less than 1 star I would, this company is diabolical and they even changed there company name because they screwed other tenancy left right centre, be very careful of this company as they will steal your money, do no repairs ect and run! Absolutely Aful LED Me To Believe I Would Get Property Rang A Few Times Attatude Was Disgusting Then Went To Office To Drop A Bit Of Made Me Stand Down Stairs For At Least 20 Mins Then Rang Back Got Told Will Ring Back After An Inmortnat Phone Call Never Got One Back At All Really Disgutsed To Be Quite Honest Don’t Lead People On To Think They Can Get A House Then Dont Help If Checks Come Back Bad As They Says Would Help Anyway Possible Didn’t Happen At All So I’m Really not Happy Sith This Company At All Deffo Need A New Woman On As The Other Has Disgusting Attitude!!!...
