After having dealt with Lucinda in the past, I knew when it came to letting my property out that I would be in good hands - and I wasn't wrong. From the first call I was kept up to date with the whole process, given great advice, communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. There were some teething issues at the start of the tenancy but this was handled professionally and promptly by the Akeman team which gave me reassurance that my property, and my tenant would be looked after during their tenancy.
