Exceptional estate agents. Every person we dealt with at Alastair Saville was a complete professional and we always felt like we were in safe, trusted hands. Alastair Saville were actually our sellers Estate Agent. But to put it simply, the sale would not have gotten across the line without them. Their extensive experience was invaluable and they got things moving when things seemed impossible. They really went above and beyond to find out the root cause of any issues and got the sale progressing when it seemed like we were at a dead end.

I would highly recommend Alastair Saville, in particular Anne Marie, Kate and Joanne. They were really knowledgeable about the market and helped to expedite an offer which was accepted within the first few weeks of being on the market. They continued to be extremely helpful throughout the process, gave plenty of helpful advice and when things seemed to be going more slowly than they should, were particularly supportive on liaising between the buyers (and their solicitors) and our solicitors. I used alisdaire saville in Maghull to sell my house in fazakerley & to buy a house in maghull. My house sold the same day and all went through very smoothly, I didnt really need to do anything as they took care of it all. The marketing was brilliant. The house I was buying was more complicated but Alisdaire Saville were great with their help & communications to the seller & all solicitors involved. We have recently exchanged on a property bought through Alastair Saville in Maghull. What should have been a straightforward purchase became rather slow and complicated due to changes required in the lease and differing views between the sellers and buyers solicitors. Throughout the process Ann-Marie and her colleagues worked very hard to push the process along and ensure that progress continued despite the complications. Alastair Saville’s were excellent at communicating progress to us (the buyers) and advising on the next steps in the process. What a credit to all estate agents are Alistair Saville a very friendly and professional team from valuation to completion. First spoke with Jo regarding the sale and she was unbelievably helpful with what was a distance sale, she explained what they could do to help and they did just as she had said.
Anne-Marie and Kate dealt with the sales progress and again where extremely helpful and friendly throughout. Very quick to respond to all emails and calls and never kept you waiting for answers. I genuinely cannot rate Alastair Saville highly enough. After receiving glowing recommendations about their services from my sister and my work colleague, I contacted them to sell my property. From the first contact they were the epitome of professionalism. Our house was wonderfully presented in the brochure and excellently marketed. Every little query I had throughout the entire process was dealt with promptly and always in a friendly approachable manner. All staff are wonderful and an absolute credit to the company.
As well as selling with Alastair Saville I also purchased my new home with them. Again, all aspects of our dealings with staff were pleasant, professional and prompt. I am so impressed with the company, and a special thanks to the amazing Anne-Marie for all her hard work, guidance and help throughout the process of selling our property and buying our dream home! We bought our property through Alistair Saville. Things ran smoothly as expected for weeks but Alistair Saville really came into their own in the final stretch of our sale. We were in a chain and our buyer was threatening to pull out, we contacted Anne-Marie who helped so much in terms of saving our sale. She worked endlessly dealing with solicitors, estate agent, sellers and buyers and I am not confident we would have gotten over the line without her help so thank you so much.

We are private renting through Alastair Saville and have dealt with Emma and Christine. They are both friendly, professional and have resolved any issues weve had quickly.
For example, we had 2 leaks in the properly and an issue with the boiler when we first moved in and they were sorted immediately and we haven't had a problem since.
They have also been brilliant throughout the corona virus pandemic and have offered plenty of support.

This is the one to recommend , the best . Brilliant service, professional and yet friendly and totally exceeded our expectations. They made the whole process of moving house go so smoothly, it's a rollercoaster of a ride moving house these days with all the surveys and officialdom , but ALISTER SAVILLE was there till the very end, till we arrived at our destination.

I cannot praise the staff at Alastair Saville’s Maghull Office highly enough.
I was an executor for my Aunt’s Estate and the sale of her flat was complicated, not least because we were 200 miles away.
Ann-Marie and her team guided us through the process arranging for a gardener and a plumber when we needed them, both things we had no local knowledge of.
They were always there when I needed them and they responded quickly to phone calls and emails. They even kept myself and our buyer in the loop and acted as intermediaries, which probably saved the sale when things we’re going very slowly.
They went above and beyond at every stage, I can’t thank them enough.
I only wish there was a branch of Savilles near me, I would definitely use them again.

Two viewings and no phone calls to let us know what was the next step, the information given to us regarding credit checks by the guy showing us round Steve I think his name was, were totally different from what the person in the shop told us. Get the impression from this estate agent that if you face doesn't fit your not getting a property with them....avoid avoid avoid
