This is the one to recommend , the best . Brilliant service, professional and yet friendly and totally exceeded our expectations. They made the whole process of moving house go so smoothly, it's a rollercoaster of a ride moving house these days with all the surveys and officialdom , but ALISTER SAVILLE was there till the very end, till we arrived at our destination.
Can't thank the team enough, great family run business that gives that personal touch they have totally re-written the myth about estate agents, they really do care. Thanks particularly to Joanne, Anne-Marie, Jean and Kate who guided us through . We simply couldnt have done it without you.

I cannot praise the staff at Alastair Saville’s Maghull Office highly enough.
I was an executor for my Aunt’s Estate and the sale of her flat was complicated, not least because we were 200 miles away.
Ann-Marie and her team guided us through the process arranging for a gardener and a plumber when we needed them, both things we had no local knowledge of.
They were always there when I needed them and they responded quickly to phone calls and emails. They even kept myself and our buyer in the loop and acted as intermediaries, which probably saved the sale when things we’re going very slowly.
They went above and beyond at every stage, I can’t thank them enough.
I only wish there was a branch of Savilles near me, I would definitely use them again.

Have given a one star rating as I couldn't.post a review with zero stars as that's how I rate them. Two viewings and no phone calls to let us know what was the next step, the information given to us regarding credit checks by the guy showing us round Steve I think his name was, were totally different from what the person in the shop told us. Get the impression from this estate agent that if you face doesn't fit your not getting a property with them....avoid avoid avoid
