My partner and I recently purchased a property through Alister Saville. I genuinely could not speak highly enough of Ann-Marie and Kate. Kate originally showed us around the property answering every question we had. I dealt with Ann-Marie for the majority of the purchase. When my own solicitor was dragging their feet Ann-Marie was on hand to help with any questions and guide me through the process. I can confidently say, my purchase would have taken a lot longer if it wasn’t for Ann-Marie. We cannot thank you enough

Alastair Saville have been extremely helpful selling my late mother's house in Maghull. I do not live locally, so Alastair Saville arranged and attended all viewings, and also provided invaluable help when it came to arranging surveys, house clearance etc. All of their staff were kind and helpful, always available, and gave excellent advice throughout. They completely deserve an outstanding five star review.

We have recently exchanged on a property bought through Alastair Saville in Maghull. What should have been a straightforward purchase became rather slow and complicated due to changes required in the lease and differing views between the sellers and buyers solicitors. Throughout the process Ann-Marie and her colleagues worked very hard to push the process along and ensure that progress continued despite the complications. Alastair Saville’s were excellent at communicating progress to us (the buyers) and advising on the next steps in the process. We have no doubt that their efforts made a real difference in getting our purchase “over the line”. We would be very happy to use Alastair Saville for any property sales of our own in the future.

What a credit to all estate agents are Alistair Saville a very friendly and professional team from valuation to completion. First spoke with Jo regarding the sale and she was unbelievably helpful with what was a distance sale, she explained what they could do to help and they did just as she had said.
Anne-Marie and Kate dealt with the sales progress and again where extremely helpful and friendly throughout. Very quick to respond to all emails and calls and never kept you waiting for answers. A big thanks to all the team at Alistair Saville and a well deserved five stars from me, couldn't ask for a better service

Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for Anne-Marie and Kate who were both extremely helpful, and willing to answer my hundreds of questions!
Having not purchased a house previously, it was all a bit new to me but they helped me understand the process and kept me informed throughout which was hugely appreciated. Anne-Marie and Kate are a credit to the business.
