The best decision we made was choosing Urban to manage the letting of our property. I have been dealing with Urban Residential for the Purchase and management of my property and I have to say the Team are quick to respond and always available. Urban residential have just sold a house for me and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. All the staff were so helpful and really know what they’re doing, I always felt nothing was to much trouble. They found me a buyer straight away (I believe they have a list of investors waiting to buy property) and secured me a great price. I thought the fees were low also. A great company with great staff.

Who knew selling a property could be so easy? The staff at Urban Residential were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and efficient and certainly know what they’re doing. They had viewings ready to go soon as we listed the place and we had an offer within a few days. Throughout the process they worked with the solicitors, kept an eye on how things were progressing, kept me updated and were quick to contact the buyer when it seemed to slow down. I have no hesitation in recommending Urban Residential if you’re looking to sell.

Having used several estate agents over the years, I genuinely lost faith in finding a company that was professional, responsive and above all else, genuine.
Luckily faith was restored upon finding Urban Residential, Ian and his incredible team.
I was constantly kept up to date and never waited long for a response.
I can not recommend the guys at Urban enough and will definitely be using them again when the time comes to sell my next property.
