Albert Grace are brilliant. I am so glad I met Malay, his knowledge, business acumen and attention to detail are second to none. Also what cannot be understated in any way, is that dealing with Albert Grace is an absolute pleasure. They always have time to speak with you and answer all your questions, not matter what time of day. The estate agency made the process of moving extremely easy and efficient. From start to finish, we were greeted by nothing but politeness, along with a warm welcome to our new home. Anyone we were in contact with during the phase of moving treated us with the utmost respect at all times. In fact, we were even gifted a welcome package consisting of leaflets and gifts, which was a nice surprise as no other agency we were with beforehand provided something like this! I don’t generally bother wasting my time like this but those time wasters deserve a special mention. Booked an appointment to view a flat, took an afternoon off work and spent 45 minutes waiting at the location for no one to show up. The agent blocked the mobile number when called and when contacted on the landline they claimed that the appointment had not been confirmed? When asked why did they not get in touch they reported that they emailed (no email ever received from them). No idea why they could not call like any serious estate agent would do. Absolutely would not recommend. Unreliable... Read more

For years I have kept an apartment on the side to accommodate visiting friends and family over the years. But 2020 was unlike any other year and I wanted to mitigate potential financial risks as best as I could. So when my last set of relatives moved out in late October, I called upon Malay at Albert Grace to help get my property ready for the rental market. I knew it was going to be challenging to turn this project around quickly given the country was about to head into a second national lockdown, but Malay assured me he'd get the job done. And a good job he did. In one week Malay's builders team completed the refurbishment and within another ten days of promoting, both on- and offline within his own network, the apartment was successfully let at the original asking price! As an all-inclusive property management letting agent, Malay takes away any likely hassle that may be associated with renting out a property. Aside from his efficiency and friendly attitude, what I find most valuable in Malay is his vast experience in the property market, which helps investors like myself to avoid unforeseen pitfalls and identify opportunities never considered before. I am sure this won't be the last property I ask Malay to manage for me and look forward to engaging his service again and again as I expand my property portfolio.... Read more
