Imagine you’re travelling the world for a year. Would you rent out your lovely home to be managed by a man who once had a day job defending the country in frigates, destroyers or submarines or by a youngster in a shiny suit who defends a corner table in The Armpit Arms on Fridays? A complete no-brainer! And 14 months later, what was the experience like for us? Without doubt, words like “efficient” and “reassuring” come to mind whenever we ask ourselves this question. It meant that if problems arose (and with tenants they always do) we were swiftly told about them and, then, how they had been sorted. Other times we were delighted to receive periodic updates to kept us in the picture about how the house was running. Two examples: the long and detailed handover checklist, both leaving and returning, was calmly and smoothly organised while cleaning services were arranged without us having to lift a finger. Would we call on Greenwoods again – of course. Would we recommend them to others – most definitely.

It is rare to say that an estate agent is trustworthy, honest and committed. I have experienced all of this in my dealings with Peter. I have used Greenwoods in renting a property and received efficient service throughout the process. On leaving, my deposit and rent over payment was processed with no delay. When I purchased, needless to say I turned to Greenwoods and had an amazing hassle free process. Definitely will continue to use Greenwoods!

From start to finish, everything was managed by Peter and his team, professionally, efficiently and without delays. The credit check was the smoothest and swiftest procedure and a good example for other companies in this field.

We were asked if there was anything we wanted to be done in the flat. A first, in our experience! Good service seems to be essential in their work. We received a flat in a very good and functioning condition and are very happy to stay here for a very long time.
