The first time I contacted harrisonjacks.co.uk over the telephone was on Tuesday. I spoke to a lady named India. She was polite and listened to me carefully. I gave an offer for the apartment I was looking to rent and asked her to get back to me as soon as possible, as I needed to rent it within two weeks. The next day, Wednesday, nobody got back to me via phone or email, so I called them again. Another staff member took my details and promised to get back to me the same day, but nobody did. I contacted them again on Thursday; again, they promised to get back to me, and nobody did. I contacted them again on Friday, and once again, they took down my details, email, and telephone number, and promised that someone would get in touch with me the same day. It is now Friday, 4 PM, and nobody has called me back or sent me an email. I HAVE NO GOOD WORDS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

I bought my first home in New Malden through Harrison Jacks and I couldn’t have been happier with the professional and friendly service I received. Jessica, our agent, welcomed us to our first viewing and was very informative about the property, and once we decided to put an offer, we received great support throughout the buying process. It can be very daunting going through the process but with Jessica’s help and recommendations, it was seamless. Communication was always flowing regarding any matter or paperwork, and even when we came across an issue from the developer’s side, Jessica would immediately get onto an email or phone call to get it rectified. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Harrison Jacks. I’m now a home owner and I want to say a big thank you for making it happen!

Jessica at Harrison Jacks has been a complete pleasure to have advertise the sale of my property.
I will update and add this review on completion, but so far everything has been brilliant. Jessica has been courteous throughout, and keen to get keen and legitimate buyers through my door. She is everything you'd expect from an estate agent.
Don't bother going for big chains that see you as a number, and fail to provide that personal and attentive touch, instead Jessica, will ensure the sale of your property is handled with the utmost care, detail and respect.

Couldn't be happier with choosing Harrison Jacks to sell my property. They provided me with a sales strategy which got me a buyer in the first 2 days! The free drone & videography service meant that, together with assisting the sale, I also got to keep a copy to remember my property by - a class touch. We received a free 'home moving box' with vouchers, drinks & cleaning products, which was another welcome surprise. Very disappointed for the service provided and no follow up at all.
I am sadly writing this review as I am hoping to discuss with the agent that has follow up with me for a shop leasing. It was a very positive discussion and the agent just kept telling me it is very promising.
However I have to keep chasing the progress by myself and I have been asked to submit our business proposal in which I did on the following day. I waited till a month after that calling the agent again sadly the agent just avoided to pick up my call and asking me to keep waiting...after a few months right now, they just simply ignore my request and I am really shock by the level of professional that it should be.....I totally could understand if the landlord doesn't want to proceed for any reason though we agreed for all the terms and conditions....however at least as a professional agent they should really call and let me know a YES or NO....
Seriously as a business runner , time is extremely precious stuff and it is alright even though we cannot rent the shop but i am quite doubtful for all the potential tenants to seek leasing from this agency.

Highly recommend Harrison&Jacks for all your housing needs in the vicinity of Kingston.
Jess is very approachable and knowledgeable about the area. I had a very pleasant viewing experience. We saw all areas of the property, including parking and communal areas. Also, I was provided with a high quality brochure on the property. Any additional queries I had were also promptly answered. If you are looking for a property around Kingston, they do not get better quality than H&Js. Best wishes.

I recently bought a property with Harrison Jacks and I was really pleased with their customer service. Unlike usual estate agents, Jessica didn’t use high pressure sales techniques, she was polite, respectful to my elderly mother and took time to answer my many questions.
I really felt like Jessica went above and beyond, working beyond her working hours on a Sunday to help the sale go through, checking my surveyor report and following up.
And to top it all off I received a lovely welcome pack with money off vouchers and some products in there as well as a bottle of Prosecco!
I can’t recommend Harrison Jacks enough. I love where I’m living and their service is faultless - if you want great customer service and an estate agent who goes above and beyond then please use them!
I’ll be recommending them to friends and family!

Sadly I cannot give zero stars. Appalling. After 7 months I was still waiting for Letting Agent Jessica O’Neill and the Landlord’s called O’Neill (that’s correct, they are actually related) to fix the hot water in the kitchen & bathroom sink. Sadly their boast of technology leaves their personal touch lacking. The property I rented is not registered (alarm bells) It is damp and water drips down the window and front door. Everything I owned was damp and green with mould. Black, green & yellow mould is all over the place as the walls are just covered in wood & painted over. £975 for an unliveable studio flat is an utter disgrace. Please avoid them at all costs. I wish I had taken photos to post on here, unfortunately I didn’t think of that, just of getting the hell out of there.

Nothing but positive feedback for this estate agency. From the initial market valuation Jessica suggested CGI images for the new build development & sorted out all of the hoarding and design for pre-launch. She's arranged professional photography & videography/drone videography for when they launch which is really impressive. I've always dealt with estate agents but none that have had such a clear marketing strategy and vision. Really impressed with the service so far and would highly recommend them as an agent with attention to detail.

Experienced horrible customer service from the team. I called several times over the course of a few days trying to book a viewing for a rental property and was constantly told that the lettings team were busy or out on appointments and would ring me back, which they never did. I travelled into London from Bath to view flats, and asked for an urgent call back in the morning before they went out for appointments to let me know if they would be able to show me the flat or not. Again, heard nothing from them. Called them in be afternoon, only to be told the office had closed and they had all gone home! I’m shocked at how they have treated a potential new tenant who has shown genuine interest in one of their properties! Won’t be contacting them again.
UPDATE: 1st July - I have just received a call from the lettings manager offering to send me a gift if I taken down this review. I wonder if this tactic of bribery is how they have managed to maintain only 5 star reviews so far?

Harrison Jacks rented out my property within 6 days!
Really impressed with the overall communication, they kept me regularly updated & went the extra mile doing evening viewings when suited the tenants after work.
Having now met the tenants, they are lovely and they also commented on how friendly the team are and in particular Jessica who recommended to them all the places to go to in Kingston, which was great as they are new to the area.
I’m really thankful to the team for placing brilliant tenants, for the correct rent so quickly.
Can’t recommend them enough. Will definitely be using them again!

Everything ran smoothly with Harrison Jacks. Jessica went above and beyond to make the process fast and efficient, as well as finding us the perfect tenant. We were able to arrange evening viewings too - which was a massive help. I highly recommend the rent collection service too. All in all, a very professional agency with a personal approach.
