Alexander's have been fantastic from the beginning of the process right through until the end of the process.
During the stressful moments Alexander's was always there when i needed them for reassurance and advice.
Having not moving house for over 20 years i forgot how emotional and stressful it was.
Nothing was ever too much for them and they often chased things up for me and kept me well informed.
Molly is fantastic and will do everything she can to help with any problems or issues you may have and chased things up where ever possible.
The whole team is fantastic.
At the beginning when i first asked different estate agents to value my property they all seemed to be at a loss as to what to value my property at.
Alexander's knew exactly what they was talking about and gave me a full explanation how they valued the property and they was very professional and their valuation was bang on the dot.
My property was sold very quickly and in fact i had a choice of people that i could sell it to.
Now that we have moved into our new house and starting to settle we are as happy as bunnies.
Obviously Alexander's are a business who needs to earn money, however compared to other estate agents out there they are worth every penny and in my opinion far more professional and caring.
If you want a realistic valuation from a company that you can absolutely trust 100 percent.
If you want a company that cares and goes the extra mile to to help and reassure you whenever possible then Alexander's estate agents is who i would definitely highly recommend.

Alexanders are little more expensive than some other local and national estate agents and I was sceptical as to what they could offer over and above other estate agents for the additional costs - however, Harry convinced me (not an easy task Harry will tell you!) and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made. You get what you pay for! Alexander’s isn’t the cheapest but in my opinion worth every penny. Marketing was lovely, house sold on the first lot of viewings ( 2 offers for the asking price in fact ) since then, communication has been great and any problems ( there were a few ) with solicitors Emily promptly chased and resolved for us. We first instructed Alexanders back in 2018 however due to a sudden bereavement in the household, my property had to be removed from sale. Alexanders were most courteous and understanding and made no attempt to bother me at any time to establish if I was ready to re-market the house. They even sent me flowers after my loss. One couple that had made an insultingly low offer attempted to deal with me directly, despite the fact my house was no longer on the market, so I asked Alexanders to make contact with them to prevent further contact. This same couple expressed an interest when my house recently came back on the market and I asked Alexanders to ensure they were not about to waste my time with yet another ridiculous offer . For following this up on my behalf, they appear to have received criticism and a one star rating. I can only say that Alexanders have behaved with great respect during a difficult time and since recently remarketing the property have kept me fully informed throughout the process.

Awful, snobby and high opinions of themselves.
Very unprofessional pushing us and telling us what other potential buyers had offered which is unethical at best! It was their supercilious attitude that put us off the property we were looking at and actually quite interested in.
I would never sell my house with them!

I transferred from another agency after 5 months with no results. This was in lock-down period. Alexanders advised on presentation of property and arranged video viewing, producing interested parties. The property has just been completed within weeks of transfer. Kept well informed and advised throughout. Would recommend without hesitation.

If you want a modern agent with good old fashioned and traditional values then Alexanders are the company to choose...
I am very pernickety and I can honestly say that I cannot find fault at all with these agents. They are genuine and work hard for their clients. They aren't the cheapest but then in life I am a big believer in you get what you pay for and believe me they have certainly worked hard for their money.
A big thank you to Emily who is holding our hand through every step so far and I am sure will continue to do so to completion.

Very Professional......... Originally we had our property on the market with another estate agent (mentioning no names) for 9 Months. In that time we had no feedback at all. We were told by a friend in Market Bosworth to try Alexanders which we did. Harry from Alexanders was very helpful right from the start as was all the staff there. They sold the property straight away while still hot on the press. The service we had from everyone there was amazing. Our house was valued realistically and they helped us with our purchase process. We would definitely recommend using Alexanders over an online agent. Nothing compares to someone who has good knowledge of the local area and local housing market and who knows your sale and/or purchasing case. It is great to be able to pick up the phone or pop in to the office to deal with any queries and it makes the whole process a lot less stressful.

I’ve never had such a disappointing experience with an estate agents. I phoned to book a viewing and Emily was incredibly rude via phone; I phoned the Loughborough branch to make a complaint and was told I would get a call back from Tom Smith. He didn’t phone me, and when I phoned him he said he would look at getting the viewing booked in for me and phone me back - again, he didn’t! Really disappointing experience, won’t be looking to purchase a property sold through Alexanders, very peculiar way of dealing with potential customers.

Harry and Emily I dealt with mostly (and when I say mostly, I mean multiple times a day at various stages). They were absolutely fantastic and have more patience than anyone I know whilst at the same time being highly effective through two house sales with difficult circumstances. To say they earned their commission is an understatement. They also achieved a price I was happy with on both properties.
