Rented through Wright and Wright for a year, and the whole time we were extremely unimpressed. When we first moved in there were maintenance issues with the oven and plumbing for washing machine which took 2 weeks to resolve. During which time we had to spend our own money to get clothes washed at the laundrettes, which was never reimbursed. These repairs also had to be chased multiple times.
A house inspection did not go ahead as planned as agent failed to let themselves into the property and tried to accuse us of deadbolting the door, despite us making agents aware the lock was stiff. This resulted in our tenancy being threatened.
We had numerous issues towards the end of our tenancy which were never rectified and communication as to what was happening with this was next to none unless it was chased.
Despite returning the house in a clean and tidy manner with no damages we were deducted £40 from our deposit from a hob and oven which were not spotless upon moving in. Considering the untimeliness of repairs and the impact this had on us during our tenancy this seemed extremely unfair.
Would not recommend.

They are not the right one , deposit has not been refunded , deprecated old carpets were replaced at a cost of new from the deposit . Did not return the scanned inventory report to cross check the quality . The worst estate agents in Hinckley.

Absolutely worst agent ever. Just be careful about your deposits they are just awaiting to eat up your deposit. During our tenancy by mistake we damaged carpet which was no bigger than 3 inches but they quoted us 750 pounds for the same. As the carpet was very old instead of repairing they intended to replace it with our deposit. We never get our deposit back. Be careful.

There’s nothing right about Wright and Wright! Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve rented through many agents in different areas over the last 15 years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had as a tenant. They do not care about their tenants at all. Promised a secure long term let but would not do a fixed term longer than 6 months and no renewal of contract as they don’t get fees. We went onto a rolling monthly contract with assurances we would be there long term. Unexpectedly received 2 months notice to move out. Coincidentally timed after a 10 percent rent increase and us yet again asking for repairs to be carried out. They will send contractors constantly on the tenants time but never carry out any works. When we moved in the house was disgustingly dirty, uninhabitable, the toilet broken, no running water, house full of rubbish and old broken furniture despite supposedly being unfurnished, garage with a broken lock that was never fixed in a year, leaking shower, wallpaper ripped off the walls. They do 2 monthly inspections. They tried to keep money from our deposit for works that already needed doing and despite us leaving the garden in a better condition than we got it and us having the house professionally cleaned. We were told the landlord wanted the property off the market and they didn’t know why yet straight away they’ve put it back up! I suspect they do this frequently to avoid having to do repairs. I have always paid rent on time, looked after the property and this is the first time I’ve ever not had a full deposit returned. If you are a tenant steer well clear. Unsurprisingly good review I’ve seen is by a member of staff! Do not trust anything they say and spend your money elsewhere.

Seating lacks leg room you need to be about 5'10" or under to sit comfortable in the balcony. Very uncomfortable so I missed the second half of Groan Ups as couldn't sit any longer in my seat
