We chose Profiles to sell our house as Chris is so knowledgeable and there are no hidden fees or penalties in the contract. The team carried out all the viewings and found us a buyer within about a month. Very poor communication. Came from 3 hours away to view a house and I had to keep ringing them just to find out what was going on. They treated me as if I was a burden to them by ringing them about a house and even made up an excuse saying the owner was on holiday until the end of next week, despite this I still ring a few days earlier to when the owner was supposed to be back and surprise surprise the house is now not available and apparently they were going to ring me and let me know. Travelling with my wife and 3 kids is not easy especially when looking for a home and just to be treated like this is ridiculous. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Chris is a very knowledgeable guy and his team behind the scenes get the job done, which in our case resulted in a purchase.
From the viewing to the sale took approx 27 hrs including haggling. Chris worked very hard on behalf of the vendor but was shrewd enough to handle the situation to avoid losing the sale.

Awful service. As a landlord who trusted them to manage my property I was shocked to find out that tenant had been reporting leaking pipes and broken appliances and they had just forgotten to tell me! 4 months later I was told by the tenant when they left the property due to the poor service by staff. Wouldnt touch them as they dont do what they say they will!!! Just awful

Profiles Estate agents rented my property to someone without proper background checks.now the tenant don’t pay rent.profile estate agent don’t inspect the property,last time I personally went to the property and met with the tenant.he has a job, a nice VW Passat car but don’t pay the reset.Upon inspection I found out that the tenant had punched one of the doors and made a hole on the door but Profile Estate agent never take notice of that. Overall very poor service and non responsive.

As a buyer I cannot choose the estate agent I purchase a house from. However if I were a seller Profiles would be the last estate agent I would use. I have had many bad experiences from them in the past month when trying to find a house.
Profiles supposedly didn't know the implications of buying a steal structure house and that there are only two mortgage providers. Either they are extremely ignorant or wish to pull the wool over the buyers eyes.
I also tried to book a viewing, was given a time as far as I was aware and in the 10 minutes it took me to confirm the time with my partner they had given the time to someone else and would not make time for me to view the house.
Like I said I'm stuck and may unfortunately have to buy a property from Profiles but I'll certainly never be selling one with them

No problems when booking a viewing, however my problem is the guy who showed us around the property told us when handing in our application we could go in and chat to the staff (as we needed to discuss our application in further detail). He made it sound really easy and like we would be welcomed. Went in after work no other customers there, we weren't even asked to sit down and didn't even get a chance to talk properly as we were so quickly ushered out as if they were in a rush to get home! Rude, rude, rude
Also have a family member who is with profiles on a rented property and said they are awful, due for his tenancy renewal and he had to ring them to let them know he was staying as they never bothered to follow it up even a month later???

We have just completed the sale of a property and Profiles have been excellent throughout. Right from the start Chris was very upbeat about selling a bungalow that we thought might be difficult to sell. Madelaine was excellent at keeping us up to date with things and chasing people when necessary and the rest of the team were always helpful if Madelaine wasn't available. The fees were more than reasonable for the effort they made - we can't recommend them highly enough!

Wow Wow Wow, We have had the greatest pleasure of working with Chris and Madeline who worked tireless to sell our property. I found Chris professional, respectful, courteous and was positive about our needs and expectations in selling the property. We were not forced or compelled to got with Profiles Estate Agents at any point. It seemed like the right people to go to when selling our beautiful home, it would be in the right hands.
Madeline kept us updated throughout the process and was always punctual in communicating with us.
I cannot recommend Profiles enough i have only have good things to say about them and i cannot fault them as all.

I just have to take the time to thank Profiles for everything. My partner and I have been looking for a flat so naturally we've dealt with a few agents. Profiles have been the best by far. They've been professional every step of the way. Where other agents were less than honest and difficult to contact, Profiles have been transparent and very quick to respond. Property hunting is stressful at the best of times but they have made it effortless! So far we've dealt with Tony (who showed us the flat) and Jeanette who is handling our application and they have both been excellent. I can't recommend Profiles enough!

This was our first time selling a property, and before our house was on the market I didn't think it would make the slightest bit of difference which Estate Agent we went with.. I was wrong!
We had our house on the market with another local estate agent for around a month before deciding to change and go with Profiles.
The house was then sold within a few days. This sale fell through unfortunately, but the house was sold again within a few days of being back on the market! Had much better communication, and the whole process was much more professional, even down to the quality of photos and descriptions, and the feedback that we got from viewings. Thank you especially to Madeline, who was very helpful all the way through, we will certainly be using Profiles again if/when we decide to move.

Absolutely Disgusting behavior from a business that is supposed to be professional, they lie, cheat, make slanderous comments and all just for the purposes of financial benefit, not friendly or helpful at all an at times actually quite rude and arrogant, I would not recommend to anybody whatsoever ! With estate agents like Profiles around there is no wonder there is a national homelessness crisis !

This agency is very bad. We went in the office and first time nobody want to see us. Then we asked about their property. One of the lady said she'll print the actual propertys and she did. Then she gave it us. We wanted to check which one will be good for us and after appr. 5 sec. she said we don't have to check here. Go out to the office and we should call back her. Why? It could be just 2 mins and we could book an appointment immediately. So don't go into the office because the staff are so rude. Unfortunately.

Having used many agents in the past in various parts of the country can honestly say this is the best service we have received. The staff communicate well keeping you updated without having to constantly contact them for updates. As our property was empty all viewings were carried out by themselves. Very impressed with this service as I know several were carried out late in the evening. Would certainly highly recommend.

From the first communication asking to view the property all the way through the completion, Chris at Profile Estate Agents was superb. I would highly recommend, no pressure implied whatsoever, extremely flexible with viewings and for a first time buyer the process was clearly explained with regular communication and updates provided all the way through. I was previously informed that buying a house in general was a tedious and annoyingly long process, but the experience provided by Chris and his team was completely different, they made it extremely easy. If you’re looking for an estate agent that considers you as a person and not just another customer then Chris would be the best choice!
