Very poor communication. Came from 3 hours away to view a house and I had to keep ringing them just to find out what was going on. They treated me as if I was a burden to them by ringing them about a house and even made up an excuse saying the owner was on holiday until the end of next week, despite this I still ring a few days earlier to when the owner was supposed to be back and surprise surprise the house is now not available and apparently they were going to ring me and let me know. Travelling with my wife and 3 kids is not easy especially when looking for a home and just to be treated like this is ridiculous. Would give them 0 stars if I could.... Read more

Chris is a very knowledgeable guy and his team behind the scenes get the job done, which in our case resulted in a purchase. From the viewing to the sale took approx 27 hrs including haggling.
