I used Dan and his team to find a new tenant for my rental property. He did an outstanding job. Very professional throughout the process. I choose Dan on his feedback from previous reviews. Nobody I knew recommended him, so it was a bit of a gamble, but I believe the reviews to be accurate, as I had a very positive experience from start to finish. I witnessed the handover of the house to the new tenant, and this was done really well, which further endorsed my faith in Dan and his company.

Dan and other staff were very helpful, had quick response times and patience with all my questions and guided me through the sale of my house. We rented a house in Ripley back in August 2022 and have rented it until today. All Agreed is a conscientious letting agent who runs everything through the landlord and is transparent and completely above board.
They responded to every enquiry and resolve any arising issues quickly.
Staff are friendly, approachable and efficient.
As renters, we have been 100% satisfied with the service and care we have received.
Today we have purchased this property and All Agreed was completely transparent about putting the property on the market and has worked tirelessly for the vendor and us. Cannot put into words the service and support All Agreed have provided us as renter's and buyers.

We couldn't recommend Dan and the team enough, always on hand to answer all queries or questions, and was very accommodating to our needs and options (especially being first time buyers). He communicated everything with us along the way, and also helped chase things to keep things moving at a pace. If you are looking to buy or sell, we couldn't recommend enough.

After seeing all the positive reviews and wanting to support a small independent business, I chose All Agreed to sell my house and what a great decision it was. It was my first time selling so I was in slightly unknown territory, but the process was smooth and efficient; I was kept up to date with all proceedings through Dan even to the very end, any questions I had were answered quickly and everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
