I recently used All Agreed to sell my house and would recommend them to anyone. Their pricing is reasonable, the photos of my property were excellent and I was kept well up to date thoughout the whole process. Dan and his team are very proactive and I never once had to call to check progress at any stage of the process. His valuation was realistic and my property sold in a timely manner. Most importantly, Dan and his team were very easy to contact throughout, always at the end of the phone or on email whenever I needed them. Top notch service.

We rented a house in Ripley back in August 2022 and have rented it until today. All Agreed is a conscientious letting agent who runs everything through the landlord and is transparent and completely above board.
They responded to every enquiry and resolve any arising issues quickly.
Staff are friendly, approachable and efficient.
As renters, we have been 100% satisfied with the service and care we have received.
Today we have purchased this property and All Agreed was completely transparent about putting the property on the market and has worked tirelessly for the vendor and us. Cannot put into words the service and support All Agreed have provided us as renter's and buyers.

Great support from Dan Hallett throughout. I was living in Erewash Works and honestly I'm sad to leave but needed to upsize. The whole experience from moving in to moving out couldn't have been easier, Dan is always going the extra mile to help when you have a query and nothing is too much to ask. It makes such a great difference to previous Letting Agents and he really does look out for you as a tenant. Very approachable in character and got things sorted for us asap every time, really does share your concerns and understanding. The flat itself was really good value and the location couldn't have been more central. I would absolutely recommend using these guys if you are looking about, best letting agent I've used (and I was in three different rentals throughout Uni), very responsive, not pushy, and total respect for privacy also.

I spent the last 6 months looking for the right property after relocating back to the area but found that lots of other agents/agencies were slow in replying or arranging viewings, meaning that I lost out on many opportunities. After finding my property with All Agreed, I emailed to arrange a viewing and received a fast response and I was able to secure a viewing for the following day. From that moment, every single question or query was responded to in a timely way and Daniel worked around my busy work schedule to action everything to secure the property for me. I couldn’t find a single fault with him or with All Agreed and would highly recommend them to anyone. As they are a smaller company, I found that they were much more person centred and approachable than the bigger agencies but with the same level of professionalism, which was a massive benefit to me as a customer and made me feel valued. I dealt with Dan for about 3 years and I can't recommend him highly enough, was always very helpful throughout that time and was always available to give advise a pleasure to deal with and always very professional. I've dealt with Dan now for 6 years and it has been nothing but a positive and highly professional experience.
