We used Smartmove to sell our property, they were quick, knowledgable and professional. Within a day we had viewings booked and sold in 5 days. We then had issues with further up the chain so we pulled out and put back on the market and sold again in 2 days. The team have been on it to ensure nothing went wrong again and doing all they can and kept me in the loop throughout, especially Imogen, she is an asset to the Smartmove team and amazing at her job! I chose Smartmove as they came recommended by my solicitors. Photos where taken on a Thursday the house was up on Rightmove on the Monday, had 6 viewings and 2 offers on the Friday.
