I cannot praise Andrew Ward enough for making our journey a pleasant one. We found a property we loved and the process was a straightforward one from there..The team at Potters Bar and Barnet were friendly and professional. I have just completed the sale of my property through Andrew Ward in Potters Bar and I would like to record my thanks to John, Rochelle, Julia, Sam and all the team for their support and assistance during the whole process. From the initial survey when John valued the property, to the day of completion when I handed over the keys to Rochelle, everyone has been extremely helpful, efficient and professional. Andrew Ward handled the sale of my first house, a maisonette in Potters Bar. They then acted for me on the sale of my second house a 3 bed semi in Potters Bar. They listed it £20,000 more than another agent was prepared to and furthermore they ended up having two purchasers bidding against each other adding another £5000 to the asking price. After we relocated to Norfolk and on my recommendation they handled the sale of my elderly mothers house. This was a stressful and difficult time for her as she had spent 48 years living there. As well as being professional they also spent their time sitting down and chatting to a frightened and anxious lady in her late 70's. Utterly professional, bloody nice and were always chasing the rest of the chains agents and solicitors. Highly recommended.
