Worst agents on the high street. My reasons :
- fully managed services you have to deal with Rushbrook , Statons and Accounts separately.
- managing agents Rushbrook extremely incompetent.
- accounts either there is a problem in the systems or very incompetent people as not a single month rental was credited without errors.
- Sales , very unprofessional
- don’t have one point of contact . No real feedback and constant follow ups needed for any information.
- unresponsive to emails
In a nutshell , we as overseas landlords went with the whole services for peace of mind but turned out to be just the complete opposite .

A fantastic experience.
We went to three separate estate agents to sell our property and ascertain who was the best placed to support us.
Nikki from Statons was the most passionate and demonstrated a credible knowledge and understanding of the market. You never truly know what value an estate agent will offer you until they are engaged with, however we were pleasantly surprised when Nikki was proactive getting potential buyers through the door not simply through advertising but approaching potential buyers.
Nikki managed the process professionally from start to completion. Her advise and guidance was spot on.
Nikki provided a steady stream of potential buyers - guided us on whom was best placed to purchase and supported us through a sale despite us living a few hours away.
If a vendor was looking for a proactive, professional estate agent - we couldn't recommend any one else.
