I have been living in a building managed by Hamilton Chase for over two years now. A few months after moving in, rats appeared in the building. Since then, I have been consistently reporting every rat sighting in the building both on my own and through my landlord. The holes through which rats likely enter the building have not been repaired for many months. The agency has even stopped responding to reports, showing complete ignorance of the issue. Their professionalism is at zero level; I strongly do not recommend their services.

I recently had to vacate my rental property because my landlord had sold it.I found a property with much help from Hamilton Chase estate agents,they guided me through the whole process and kept my stress levels to a minimum. They were incredibly efficient and friendly throughout and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a place.I had fabulous chap from Hamilton Chase called Daniel Baum who helped me get the deal over the line, I owe him a huge thanks for putting up with my endless enquiries night and day...Top man.

I have rented a property in Greater London through Hamilton Chase and they showed me pictures of fully functional wardrobe and oven while letting the property but instead provided broken items after contract sign off. Many times the wardrobe door fell over my head and my wife couldn't bake any stuff in their oven as it's only work at high settings. I had to leave the property before my contract end (30 September 2023). In my opinion, please don't give them a property to manage or rent out any of their property to save yourself from a huge disappointment.

They work with us very closely and transparently for all administrative matters, and we are very happy with their responsiveness. As a tenant for over twelve years, both Louise and Beverley have always been incredibly communicative, proactive and helpful. This is the great advantage when dealing with an independent Agent such as Hamilton Chase. They know their landlords and tenants personally, and they know the area in detail. Recommended.

If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy estate agency in the local area then look no further. I was an agent myself for almost 25 years so I know the good agents from the rubbish ones. Kevin is by far in the former category. If you are looking to let or sell / rent or purchase then make Hamilton Chase your first port of call.

We chose Hamilton Chase because Kevin was so attentive when he valued my mum's house originally. He was SO helpful at every stage of the process recommending decorators etc for her new flat that we used - so the whole process was smooth and relatively stress- free. Even after my mother had moved in he was interested in how we were doing - excellent, professional and friendly service. Thank you.
