We were selling at a difficult time, with a very stagnant, slow moving market. We ended up selling for a much lower price than we wanted or had expected. However, Auckland estates got us a buyer, and were very good at chasing progress up and down the chain and keeping us informed (thanks to Marcus for this). Overall a satisfactory experience despite the difficulties and frustrations.
