"TERRIBLE SERVICE"
They deducted my deposit for check out cost without my consent and they do not take the new legislation into consideration to not charge the tenants for unnecessary costs. I had to pay for check-in fee, check-out fee, admin fee and any fees they could possibly charge us.

Very bad.
After six months of paying punctually the rent We, my husband and I, don’t have two set of keys. We are tired of dealing with this situation. I am not asking for something beyond property manager responsabilities, but in her words “is out of her control” I wonder what is under her control. I rented the flat through chancellors therefore they should solve this. I can’t contact the landlord to get the set of keys and Chancellors doesn’t help. Which is the role of the estate agents?
I am asking for something quite reasonable, a set of keys for the flat I am paying for.
Soon I will have to come back to work after my maternity leave, I won’t be able to schdule my shifts with my husband. I will have to wait on the street while my husband get home. The property manager can’t guarantee a set of keys.This situation is unbereable.
Property manager feel sorry but don’t solve the issue while say I’ll keep you updated... last time passed 3 months until I wrote again.
Chancellors answer saying e mail us we’ll do something. Honestly I’m sick of writing emails is worthless.

Dealt with many estate agencies through the years . I must say this one stands heads and shoulders above them all, where ever the property is located, make sure you ask for Jarek, who is honest , responsive and ensures both landlord and tenant are satisfied .. very difficult to balance the both and keep happy however this chap does !
