We viewed one property and fell in love. I think it’s pretty unheard of to only need to view one place. Shari took care of us and she was brilliant. Answered all questions (and there were a lot of them). Very calming presence. It made us want to move in because there was no pressure. Once we decided to move, it was then a very straight forward quick process. And Shari was always on the other end of the phone/computer to help us along. When it’s time to move again I will be using Shari. Wherever she is.

Very good communication before property viewing. Agent contacted me by phone and explained everything to me. After that I received full information by email. I also received text messages, address and location of property. I was pleasantly surprised by the competent and professional experience of Agent SHARI CABALLERO-MCCATTY. She is a very kind and good person. He showed me two properties, was kind enough to pick me up in his car and take me to view the second property. Then he took me back to the station. Shari is a very professional young woman. She is knowledgeable about the properties she deals with and to the extent she doesn't know something she will say so and revert with accurate information within a short time .
I found Shari to be very accommodating and her style was not to pressurise me . When she realised I was interested in a particular property she did her utmost to secure the property for me.
Based on what I know of Shari I would regard her with greater potential in this business. She's smart, hard working and responds to clients within a short time. Shari is very likeable and willing to take calls after her office had closed for the day. She is keen to be successful and for all the reasons I've mentioned above should be well rewarded for going the extra mile for clients.

Jarek and his firm Chancellors are a bunch of unprofessional folks. They tricked me into allowing them handle letting for me. They put in a ghost tenant without a reference nor a guarantor, and I have been owed rents for over two years by their collusion and ineptitude. They are even turning around to claim commission from uncollected or unremitted rents.

Great team at chancellors..Aishah is amazing. We got stuck in tube due to snow .. she waited for us to complete the showing despite heavy snow that day .... She was very cooperative and provided us with the details of the surrounding areas, connectivity nearby markets etc. She lined up the properties for showing and was very transparent in sharing the details. She also went back to landlord to check the plans to paint the house and furnishing status. Highly recommended

I booked a viewing 3 days ago on a 1 bedroom in Finchley with Ty.
Me and my partner, both left work early to arrive on time.
When I was waiting for the agent to arrive at the property( because at a meeting you always go at leat 15 min earlier) , at 16 39 he called me saying that the flat was just rented.
One of the biggest lie I ever heard.
At that time he had to be at the property or at least on hi's way with the keys in hi's possesion.
I bet he forgot about the viewing.

The properties they have are reasonable but the agents are so bad . Once they get hands on your money then not much of help for the tenant. They don't respond to any queries on time but expect us to be fast if they want something. It gets worse once we start interacting with the back office team. My husband and myself had a truely stressful time to secure a property we loved.

We had an absolutely awful experience with this estate agent. Firstly we agreed for a flat to be furnished then 2 weeks later they told us it was unfurnished, only when we showed them the emails confirming it was furnished did they change anything. Then a week before we were due to move in they call us at 7pm to tell us that the current tenants might not be moving out due to an issue with their reference but that chancellors weren't sure. They knew from the beginning that we needed to be out on a certain date as people were moving in to our flat. With 4 working days till we were due to move in they slyly slipped into the new documents that they'd delayed our move in date, they didnt even have the courage to tell us directly. We had to take days off work at personal expense to find something else at such short notice.
Incompetent, rude and extremely unprofessional.

My landlord instructed them to market my flat. I explained really politely that we have a newborn baby at home, and due to the COVID outbreak, we will not be letting anyone in.
Jack then replies saying they will insist on access, and use the key while I am out if necessary. Due to the fact that the law says that my parents are not allowed to come and visit their first grand child, on WHAT PLANET is it acceptable to try and insist on complete strangers going into the flat?!?!?
I re iterated that no one will come round, and to Jack's credit he did drop the issue... however he then sent a followup email asking me to arrange a personal clean, or they will make a deduction from my deposit to pay for it. First of all, I didn't rent through Chancellors, so why they think they have any say over my deposit is beyond me. Secondly, a clean was not paid for when we moved in. It would have taken Jack all of about 3 seconds to check this.
So quick to threaten me TWICE when I was nothing but calm and polite in my initial email saying I dont want to put my newborn at risk during a global pandemic. The sheer disregard for fellow human beings is astonishing frankly. "all in this together" indeed.....

I phoned to enquire about a property to rent and asked if the landlord would accept pets as I have one. The agent I spoke to said no but would I consider properties which don't allow pets?
Of course my answer was NO as I had just told him that I have a pet!
He then said he would call me back about upcoming pet friendly properties without even taking my contact details.

After six months of paying punctually the rent We, my husband and I, don’t have two set of keys. We are tired of dealing with this situation. I am not asking for something beyond property manager responsabilities, but in her words “is out of her control” I wonder what is under her control. I rented the flat through chancellors therefore they should solve this. I can’t contact the landlord to get the set of keys and Chancellors doesn’t help. Which is the role of the estate agents?
I am asking for something quite reasonable, a set of keys for the flat I am paying for.
Soon I will have to come back to work after my maternity leave, I won’t be able to schdule my shifts with my husband. I will have to wait on the street while my husband get home. The property manager can’t guarantee a set of keys.This situation is unbereable.
Property manager feel sorry but don’t solve the issue while say I’ll keep you updated... last time passed 3 months until I wrote again.
Chancellors answer saying e mail us we’ll do something. Honestly I’m sick of writing emails is worthless.

I was very impressed with the team at Anscombe & Ringland, especially Harry, who was put in a very difficult situation with a complicated purchase/ sale. Harry went above and beyond in order to make sure the sale went through as smoothly as possible.
Harry was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he was extremely helpful, honest, very patient, determined and 150% dedicated!
I could honestly not fault my experience with the team, they have all been absolutely amazing from the offset and until I got the keys!
I would never consider using a different agent for anything to do with the property market! Anscombe & Ringland are by far the best agency I have ever dealt with!

I was so pleased with the service I was provided with By Robert the Branch Manager, he is a wealth of knowledge and would recommend his services any time. The valuation he provided be was accurate and managed to sell it quickly Thank you !!!

In our experience we have found Wais Dawlazie to be highly professional and very supportive. He kept us updated with the progress. Whilst looking for a property we came across several Estate Agents from different agencies but overall sadly not a very pleasant experience.
Here at Chancellors we found Chancellors to be the best in their professionalism and their treatment towards their clients. The whole team from lettings negotiator to letting manager were amazing. Mr Kashif Hussain even went out of his way to negotiate a better deal with the landlord for me and my family. The whole team in their professionalism and work ethics definitely deserves 5 starts. More than pleased to recommend Chancellors as best Estate Agents and Wais Dawlazie and Kashif Hussain to be outstanding.
