I wish to write a review in support of the service my wife and I received from Mr. Dipesh Somaiya of Chancellors - Northwood Estate Agents. Being moved by my work from Canada to Northwood England, we found ourselves immersed in a completely different process than that which we are accustomed to back home.

Dipesh was one of the first letting agents we contacted and we could not have been more pleased with his service. He was immediately responsive to all of our correspondence, he explained the letting process in detail, is highly dedicated, professional and energetic.

I appreciate that it is not necessarily normal to review your house purchasing process, however, My partner and I was very pleased with the experience received from Anscombe & Ringland that I felt the need to share this.

Our point of contact was James and at very short notice he was able to show us round two different properties we had seen online. We were able to put in an offer that same night and it was accept at some point the next day.

As a buyer, we were very keen to move into the property before Christmas, and James worked hard to make this happen. I would bombard him with emails asking for updates on how things were going & considering the amount of information he managed to provide, I can only assume he was bombarding the different parties in the same manor.

As a buyer, rather than a seller, I tried to remember that Anscombe & Ringland were of course working for the seller of the property. However, this was forgotten very quickly as the professionalism but friendly manor shown by James made me feel that he was really seemed to care about working towards getting the sale completed before Christmas.

There were complications, but as mentioned before, James work hard and fast to make sure that these issues were resolved without delay in a very unbiased fashion.

We finally exchanged with a completion date of before Christmas, something of which I was very grateful for.
Even after exchanging contacts and completion had been arranged , James worked tirelessly, during his journey home from work, to arrange a last minute viewing of the property that evening so that we were able to measure the room to order our sofa before the Christmas cut off.

All in all, the poor reputation of estate agents was just not evident here and dealing with them was nothing but a pleasure. I have no problem in recommending them to any friend, family or colleague.

Hello my name is Vlad i hope this i will be helpful for everyone which they want to rent or buy the house whit this guys i lose the money becouse they don't make the proper job and they disturb you all the time after they take your money i am very disappointed and i feel very angry about this people and something more i forget to say don't trust never in that guy Richard Chaudry MARLA and all the people from this Agenti on the end please careful to don't pay the money and on the end to don't have the house were to stay whit the family and 1 small children 5 year old!
