As first time tenants we would like to say we were very pleased with Dipesh Somaiya at Chancellors – he offered us a very professional and friendly service right from the start. I find Chancellors in Northwood to be the best real estate team in the area in particular Erica who I have been dealing with since March 2018, I admire her professionalism, her whole attitude towards the property market and customer service skills.I d like to thank Erica. I appreciate that it is not necessarily normal to review your house purchasing process, however, My partner and I was very pleased with the experience received from Anscombe & Ringland that I felt the need to share this.

Our point of contact was James and at very short notice he was able to show us round two different properties we had seen online. We were able to put in an offer that same night and it was accept at some point the next day.

As a buyer, we were very keen to move into the property before Christmas, and James worked hard to make this happen. I would bombard him with emails asking for updates on how things were going & considering the amount of information he managed to provide, I can only assume he was bombarding the different parties in the same manor.

As a buyer, rather than a seller, I tried to remember that Anscombe & Ringland were of course working for the seller of the property. However, this was forgotten very quickly as the professionalism but friendly manor shown by James made me feel that he was really seemed to care about working towards getting the sale completed before Christmas.

There were complications, but as mentioned before, James work hard and fast to make sure that these issues were resolved without delay in a very unbiased fashion.

We finally exchanged with a completion date of before Christmas, something of which I was very grateful for.
Even after exchanging contacts and completion had been arranged , James worked tirelessly, during his journey home from work, to arrange a last minute viewing of the property that evening so that we were able to measure the room to order our sofa before the Christmas cut off.

All in all, the poor reputation of estate agents was just not evident here and dealing with them was nothing but a pleasure. I have no problem in recommending them to any friend, family or colleague.

Over the past 18 months, I have been badgered by calls and emails from this company to sell a property that I don't own. Repeated requests to remove my contact details from their database have been ignored so I have filed a formal complaint with their Directors and shortly with the ICO. ????

LANDLORDS DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! If I could give 0 I would. Living abroad I have had no other choice but to continue using them. They go through their employees like sweets. Nobody seems to stay and therefore there is no continuity with conversations/emails regarding problems etc. Works do not get done and they still take your money. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY! Feel free to message me and I can tell you all the horror stories I have had to deal with these inept people. Many people think it's the landlord's fault, in actual fact it's the estate agent that takes the fee and does absolutely nothing! I have taken screen shots where you can see proof of nothing being done. Carpets, roof, blinds.....
I have written to them as suggested below. I shall keep you updated with their comments. However, it is year after year that I have to deal with these people and not, unfortunately, a one off problem.

We have recently sold and purchased a house through Chancellors. Our main contact from the start was Charlie. We first enquired about a house that we was looking to buy. I had a call from Charlie and a viewing was booked for a few days later. Charlie was brilliant at communicating with us and met us with a smile a few days later at our potential new home. Upon arriving Charlie was very informative about the house we were viewing and was very friendly and chatty but professional. He showed us around and gave us as much info as he could regarding the property. We went back and viewed again a week later and put in an offer which to our delight was excepted. Charlie, also helped greatly with the sale of our home, so much so it was sold within 48 hrs of being on the market!! He has been at the end of the phone or email when we have needed him and responded in a very timely manner, extremely helpful and nothing has ever been to much trouble. Thank you for all your help Charlie and to all at Chancellors. The Prestons
