We have not (yet) landed a house with her but from our interactions we have always been impressed as she remembers our preferences in a great way, she makes a real effort when it comes to going 'above and beyond' what the majority of agents would do on transparency. Prices of the house are £50k or more over what the house is worth. I do not recommend viewing with them as they overinflate the house prices and then you make a lower offer they say no and then after a month you will see the property is reduced by £50k or more.

So we all hate Estate Agents, right? A necessary evil perhaps? Well Chris Gann and his team at Savills in Northwood have to be the exception to that view. We called in three local Agents. The first was willing but clearly not able, the second neither of those but then Chris turned up, smart, bright (even though it was the end of the day) and confident, giving us the reassurance we needed that he would do a good job for us. He didn’t fail in any way, exceeding all expectations, sending us a steady stream of potential buyers and even when we rejected offers, he didn’t lose faith in us and continued to show the house until we agreed on the sale in around four weeks. There were some minor hiccups (not Savills related) but each time Chris or Doug stepped in and smoothed them out and so I would say if you’re looking for a reliable Estate Agent, call Chris Gann or Doug Sleaper at Savills Northwood. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Experienced misrepresentation and negligence by Savills Northwood. Were purchasing two times through Savills and on both occasions throughout conveyancing process it turned out there were significant issues with the properties that Savills hadnt picked up initially when they took on the properties for listing.. All basic info as part customer due diligence that a professional estate agent should always check were apprently missed by Savills staff which naturally mislead us as the buyer to enter a process with falso info and left us with financial loss. So disappointed in this poor customer service

If you are looking for an estate agent in or around Northwood you MUST contact Doug and his team. After having several other local agents complete a valuation Doug's approach and professional attitude really stood out compared to the others - his valuation was realistic whereas some of his rivals quoted what felt like unrealistic figures when compared with similar properties, I think it an attempt to get me to register with them. Viewings were quickly arranged and the final sale price soon negotiated. Throughout the whole process the communications from Doug were thorough and timely and his support and advice was extremely helpful. 5 stars isn't enough.

We saw a property and placed the offer but it was gone to another buyer. Chris Gann at Savills reassured us, if in case the property does not go through the purchase, he would get in touch and let us know to go with the purchase with that property. I was not confident that this would happen, because everyone is busy and those things are quickly forgotten, but Chris came unexpectedly back to us saying the property did not go through with the buyer and if we still want to proceed with it.
From then onwards Chris has been very helpful and understanding in our requests, in accommodating and ensuring that all our questions and expectations are met.
We have had some poor experience with other estate agents, due to the stamp duty prices rising, other agents would act on behalf of the buyers to make the maximum of it. But Chris and the Savills team were very different. They did not push and kept a healthy balance between buyers and sellers.
This is so much appreciated and not seen everywhere, where the agent is supportive and professional throughout the process.

Douglas Sleaper at Northwood has done an incredible job of selling my property. It was an unusual property to sell as was not run-of-the-mill, and he inherited it from someone else who initially took it on the books. Along the way we had various buyers, we lost buyers, there were irritating buyers...and I think Douglas would say that it was one of the most difficult sales to get over the line. However, in all those years (and it did take years!) Douglas was always professional, always diligent and always acted with the right amount of tact and assertiveness required (at times, there was certainly assertiveness required!). His knowledge of the tricker aspects of property buying and selling is also a massive asset.

Savills of Northwood exceeded our expectations throughout the recent search and purchase of a flat in Northwood for my parents. Chris Gann could not have been any more responsive, helpful, approachable and dedicated throughout the process. Make sure you ask for him!
We have dealt with many estate agents over the years but I have to say that Chris has been the absolute best. My father had an exacting list of requirements which I thought would be impossible to find but Chris managed to find the perfect flat for him. Chris then managed to remain unbelievably attentive and focussed on helping the sale to close in the face of a very difficult solicitor over a 6 month period. I am sure other agents would have given up but Chris dealt with us in he same way he would a multi million pound house and always made time to reassure my parents. Nothing was too much trouble and every time we wanted to see the property during the process Chris made the time to show us around.
I would also like to mention Doug Sleaper the director of the Northwood branch. He personally stepped in to help the sale complete and dealt with the sellers solicitor who was particularly hard to deal with.

There were few unexpected hiccups along the road that caused delays , but the team was very diligent in following up and keeping updated with the progress. Overall, very happy with them.
