I met Robsons four years ago, when I was impressed by the energy, vitality and courtesy of the team. In 2020 I decided to put my flat on the market in Northwood.. I have not been disappointed. Jamie Barham and the team took care of me at every stage of the process even though I was abroad and we were in the middle of a pandemic. I could not recommend the estate agency too highly or thank Jamie Barham sufficiently for his patient tenacity, ability to read the market and attention to my interests.

Bought a property that was marketed by Robsons in Northwood. Right from the start from the viewings , placing and offer, having it accepted and finally exchanging and completing Robsons were there to help, support and get things moving.
It was nice that they always responded to e-mails and voice mails.
It felt refreshing that I felt that they were on my side being the buyer.
The sale was a very difficult one due to the seller being quite unreasonable at times and being based in Portugal as well as her solicitor being totally out of their depth and inept at answering simple queries and getting a draft contract put together. However Robsons were there to assist me and push both the seller and their solicitor in getting it done.
I was dealing with Jamie Barnham and Liam O'Shea, both of which were immense. Jamie was with me from the start went on leave and Liam took it over the finish line.
Thank you both for being superstars and helping me destress over this very stressful transaction.
I would give 6 stars if i could!

Thank you to Mark Howson, Northwood who made it possible for us to get our sale over the line. After being on the market with another agent and having a buyer who was apparently a cash buyer and transpired into someone who required a mortgage which didn’t happen after 6 months we moved to Robsons. They gave us faith and made it real and we have now exchanged contacts after 7 weeks! Cannot recommend Robsons enough. Totally professional service and thank you Mark and the team. Paula and Mark.

I successfully sold my mothers house through Robsons. I first spoke to the branch manager Mark Howson who demonstrated an acute knowledge of the area and specifically the road where the house was located. He seemed to be well acquainted with the buying communities in the area and how they approached buying. The agency was able to call upon an instant pool of buyers without too much marketing (we had no board at the front of the house). He passed me over to Liam O'Shea, once the viewings started and Liam continued the excellent service. Liam is extremely experienced and works really hard to engage with buyers and sellers. Communication was outstanding as Liam would call me with any news he had and he ensured all parties maintained the momentum of the transaction throughout the chain. It has been important to have this level of assurance during these difficult times and I would definitely recommend Robsons.

Despite Northwood having a multitude of agents to choose from I could only ever recommend Robsons to manage buying and selling property in the area
I have been a client now for nearly 6 years and bought and sold several properties through them despite having spoken to other agents through this time Robsons had been the only ones to consistently not only offer good advice and strategies to sell but then follow up with actual results time and time again

The service we received from the team at Robsons Northwood was excellent.
We dealt with Chris who was amazing and was always very professional. Chris was always available to answer any questions that we had and put our mind at ease. We were very impressed at how quickly Chris dealt with matters and the number of viewings he arranged on our home in such a short space of time.
We found that the Robsons team worked very well together. On the odd occasion that Chris was not available to take our call, other members of the team were always happy to help address any questions that we had.
Once we found a buyer, Chris introduced us to Mark Howman (Robsons internal solicitor) Mark was the liaison between the solicitors. Mark was amazing and ensured that everything went smoothly in the lead-up to exchange and completion. Mark was always so calm and dealt with any issues that arose in a professional manner. Mark and Chris are true assets to Robsons and made what is normally a stressful experience into a much smoother one.
We cannot thank Robsons Northwood enough and would highly recommend them.

I invited various estate agents in the area to value my property. After meeting Mark Howson from Northwood, I felt he was honest, sincere and realistic with his valuation, compared to some of the other companies who seemed to be telling me what they thought I wanted to hear. Once I signed on the dotted line, the team at Northwood immediately leapt into action marketing my property and within a short period of time viewings were arranged. At Northwood, I mainly dealt with Chris Reeves, Liam O’Shea and Cameron Stewart, they were humorous, polite and very professional, they also gave me good advice along the way and are a real asset to Robsons. The team at Northwood continually liaised with one another and I felt they gave 100% to find me a suitable buyer. Mark Howson was still involved with my sale and always available to update and guide me. The team at Northwood work very well together and that is probably due to Mark’s excellent leadership skills.
Once I had accepted an offer, I was introduced to Mark Howman, who would be the liaison between solicitors etc. I have not experienced this before and have to say that Mark did an excellent job in ensuring everything went smoothly in the lead-up to exchange and completion. He took all the stress out of the sale in those final days. Overall, Robsons Northwood were absolute stars and I cannot fault them in any way. I would not hesitate to use Robsons again if I lived in Northwood.

I was pleasantly surprised with Robson's approach to the whole process of moving home. I have had bad experiences of Estate Agency's in the past, so was sceptical. However, the negotiators and partners were a breath of fresh air. Liam O'Shea and Neil Rhett are consummate professionals and made the entire process seamless. Moving a family of five is never easy, but this time it was. I would highly recommend and give more than 5 stars if I had the option!

I used Robsons in Northwood to both buy the house is wanted and sell the one I was moving from.
I couldn't be happier with the professional nature by which they managed what could have been an agonising ordeal.
Liam O'Shea, my Negotiators couldn't have done anymore to help, he was courteous, diligent and worked around the clock to make sure both properties went through in good time.
One of the things that particularly impressed me was that I was kept informed continuously what was happening which meant I didn't feel stressed and could get on with my day.
If you are thinking about selling your property then I would recommend Robsons wholeheartedly as some of the other agents I know from experience do not go to the same lengths that Robsons do.

Selling a property is not easy, even when in my case I was not buying and my purchaser seemed to have his sale in order. The Robsons Northwood Sales Team including Susan, Sandra, Paul and Chris managed by Mark (even when he was on one of his adventure breaks) were just great. Mark ensured that everyone, and yes, that included me, was well informed about the status of the sale. I was provided an excellent prospectus of my property which was priced perfectly. My flat was "sold" very quickly and close to the asking price. The team helped and kept me updated on the requirements and activities of the conveyancing lawyer.
A thoroughly great experience albeit a bit nerve wracking until you get the message "contacts have been exchanged"! By the way the commission was extremely reasonable too.
Thanks Mark, I look forward to doing business with you again.
