I’ve been renting for over a decade and never been so dehumanised. These guys (especially Jason Byrne) will ignore you at every opportunity. Our ‘home’ smelt like sewage from day 1 and still has not been replaced solved, after having not 1, not 2, but 3 independent inspectors come over they’ve class this property as unfit to live in.<br><br>After all the distress and suffering we’ve experienced chancellors was kind enough to award us less than 1/16 of our money back for renting what the council deemed uninhabitable.<br><br>We will see them in court but in the meantime please avoid this disgustingly run company at all costs. Please reach out for specifics about what they’ve done & individuals involved that still work at this branch. Chances are they will try to continue to rent this environmental hazard, so please reach out to find out exactly which property we rented.<br><br>Stay safe out there and don’t give your hard earned money to criminals.

Dan made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish. He was always responsive, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable about both the property and the local area. As we were unfamiliar with the area we were moving to, his advice and guidance were invaluable and gave us real confidence throughout the process.<br><br>Everything progressed very quickly, but Dan was always easy to contact and kept us informed every step of the way. His professionalism and support made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable. Disgraceful.<br>On the 26 July, one of the senior staff at the branch tried to gain entry to a property that I am renting from them without calling me first.<br><br>And it seems as though they were only nice to me when they get their way. The moment something goes wrong, they can be quite nasty.<br><br>If you concur, please tap on the thumbs up Like.

We had a great experience with Chancellors - Sean was great and helped us find our ideal rental! We secured viewings very quickly and once we had decided on a property, Sean guided us through each of the next steps - as first time renters in London, this was very helpful!

This 5 star review goes solely to Jack Wallis who really went out of his way to help me with some issues I personally paid for and getting reimbursed. There is one person in the office though who wasn’t as great, when I went there he tried just telling me to go elsewhere as that wasn’t the correct office for my request when I’m paying almost £3k in rent. Ridiculous. Jack on the other hand is phenomenal and deserves all the praise possible!!!!!
