Satvinder was very helpful in trying to get viewers to buy my property. He communicated well and kept me informed. Can't fault him. He found a buyer for us, unfortunately they didn't have enough deposit to secure the offer and they had to pull out. He then managed to get more viewings. The Iranian was broke out and house price fell and it became a buyer's market, unlucky for us. I think Satvinder was lovely and helpful and will be a good negotiator when provided with more training and support. I hope this review helps, as it is meant in good faith and good spirit and I am grateful for the efforts Chancellors gave.

Great service, highly recommend!
I have let my property with Chancellors for over 10 years now and every time it needs to go on the market their customer service is excellent. They make the process easy, take initiative and their communication throughout is second to none.
On the most recent let, Vassna at Chancellors (Newbury) was invaluable... It was impressive that they kept the prospective tenant appeased throughout, They were very professional, efficient and should be commended for doing a brilliant job. Thanks!

Poor experience, last 20 years I have been involved in property business and dealt with so many different agencies . With Chancellors there were lies, rudeness and very poor communication. Still have a property in the area if I to sell it , Chancellors most certainly wont be the agency I will be using.
