Townsends manage 5 of our properties so far. They are professional, helpful and very pleasant to work with. They have even gone the extra mile and helped us identify additional investment properties which they would be able to manage for us. Their service is A1 and I would really recommend them to others. We are looking to expand our portfolio with them! Suzy especially has been amazing! My wife and I, are looking at relocating towards Northwood, due to our work, (both Doctors), we walked into townsends, and you should have seen the look on these people's faces, it was as, they had never seen black people, one of the women, even moved, what looked like her handbag. When i asked for property particulars, the first thing i was asked (not even a hello) all landlords want to see proof of employment... we decided to leave, and as leaving, i told the rude woman, that we are both Doctors. A shambles of an Estate Agency. Treating me like a complete criminal for putting an offer in on a property which another family member has too (I guess that is against the rules). Then on top asking me to pay a £5,000 deposit (cash, non-refundable). Slightly dodgy.
