Townsends have been a part of my life for many years, over a number of tenancies. The Townsends Team are much more than a Lettings and Sales Agency, they have always gone above and beyond to help get everything done in a timely, friendly and professional manner, each time I have rented through them! We were first time buyers and as you would imagine crazy nervous about the buy. George was very helpful in showing us a few properties. When we zeroed in on the one we liked, He helped us understand the entire process and also helped us find a solicitor. He ensured that deal was progressing at a good pace so that we didn't miss the stamp duty holiday. We had a very positive experience with Townsend. Thank you George

I personally prefer to work with smaller and local companies, because in my experience (in my humble opinion this is applicable to any industry and sector) they can grant and assist you with a higher quality of service and tend to be more efficient. I therefore, prefer to always do business with Townsends.

After bad experiences suffered with other agencies in Northwood I found Townsends agency and with them I had a great experience. I rent a flat through them and they followed me with a great accuracy and kindness during all the lease process and agreement. Absolutely the best agency in Northwood!

Townsends manage 5 of our properties so far. They are professional, helpful and very pleasant to work with. They have even gone the extra mile and helped us identify additional investment properties which they would be able to manage for us. Their service is A1 and I would really recommend them to others. We are looking to expand our portfolio with them! Suzy especially has been amazing!
Looking at one if the recent reviews below, I find it very hard to believe what someone could say about this company. That definitely doesn’t sound like the Townsends in Northwood I have been using for several years!

I must say Ken and Suzy have been a pleasure to work with, they currently are in process of selling a family house and also let another one out for over 2 years now, I have had no issues at all and the personal service that Ken offers is exceptional. I would highly recommend to anybody within their radius.

My wife and I, are looking at relocating towards Northwood, due to our work, (both Doctors), we walked into townsends, and you should have seen the look on these people's faces, it was as, they had never seen black people, one of the women, even moved, what looked like her handbag.
When i asked for property particulars, the first thing i was asked (not even a hello) all landlords want to see proof of employment... we decided to leave, and as leaving, i told the rude woman, that we are both Doctors. Very rude.
