Rented through Anthony Garfield for a few years. There were no disasters but I couldn't recommend them. Pros: they fixed most issues promptly and we got our deposit back. Cons: they weren't professional when it came to inventories and tenancy agreements. Customer service was normally either defensive or combative. You got the impression that they just see tenants as an inconvenience involved in collecting their commission.... Read more

We have rented a flat through Anthony Garfield for 2 years and they have been excellent. The landlord lives abroad and so we dealt directly with them, and they were always helpful and quick to respond. Any issues with the flat they sorted out really quickly.
