Working with Estates Group to buy our house in Darlington has been just Excellent. Like almost all houses purchases there were twists and turns and quite a few challenges along the way. Throughout we felt the whole team were with us and working in our best interests to get a result (not just a sale). I would particularly pick out Joy who was top notch. She got information quickly when we asked for it, she was responsive, helpful, knowledgable friendly, and understanding. She went above and beyond and when things got a bit challenging her guidance was always on the nail, always invaluable. I’d also give a shout out to Sally who we met early on and again when we collected the keys. This is a professional team with bags of experience and just the right amount of approachability.
