Don’t use this agent !! Put our house up for sale in early June, For the whole period of our three month contract we had one viewing, which was a time waster, no feedback and little communication. Finally they advised us to consider dropping the price even though we had other agents value it the same. We have now taken our house off the market and will try again with another agent if we decide to market it again.
