I was first introduced to Home & Castle about 6 months ago when I viewed a property. Tracey met us at the property and immediately put me at ease and made me feel I was in very safe hands.
She manages to finely balance complete professionalism with such warmth and friendliness, and will give you straight answers to any questions you've got - I trusted her immediately.
For personal reasons, this property didn't go through but 6 months later when we were ready to move again, we found the perfect house and I was delighted to see it was again via Home & Castle.
I dropped a text to Tracey (yes, she is that available and remembered us immediately) about the property and a viewing was arranged immediately. From there on we met Lucy at the property who was absolutely lovely and also Beccy at a 2nd viewing who was equally professional and friendly.
We had a few things we wanted sorted before we moved in which were addressed quickly and efficiently, with excellent communication throughout.
We moved in 3 days ago and were amazed to find a lovely welcome pack of goodies from Home & Castle, something I've never experienced during renting over 12 properties in the past 30yrs.
The team is an absolute credit to Tracey and I would not hesitate to recommend them 100% to anyone looking to rent/sell/buy.

Home & Castle are world's apart from any estate agent I've ever dealt with. I honestly can't recommend them enough. Our property was on the market last year (with a different agent) and the contrast is striking! I thought it was usual having to chase the agent for days to get feedback, and leave message after message for a call back. But with Home & Castle I can see that was not normal, certainly not by their standards anyway. Lucy and the team are world's apart from the stereotypical estate agent vibe. After reaching out to Lucy to get our house on the market, it was listed (with the most stunning professional photography!) and write-up, and was SSTC within two weeks. Lucy's care and attention to detail is second to none and nothing ever seems too much trouble. She keeps us upto date without prompts and is always at the end of a message when I've got yet another question. We're beyond impressed with the service we've received and hope Home & Castle sweep up every award possible, now and for years to come.

I thought this was a really good agency till today. Me and my family are planning on relocating to Sussex to be near family and give my kids a better life as we live in London. we found this lovely house got accepted tho great let's get everything moving getting references done so my partner put in his notice at work as his a support work has been for over 8 years and hours are not flexible 14 hours days plus sleep in so he got job thats more flexible so can look for work in the new area. Explained all this even said we would pay a few months in advance then get rejected coz my partner not having a stable job how that make sense.

However, a huge life event meant the purchase wasn't going to be as straight forward as we thought. Lucie showed us exceptional kindness, professionalism and assistance with every question etc. She absolutely went above and beyond her role.
The team as a whole were incredibly polite, professional and always willing to help. Emily would often answer the phone when I called and was always polite and efficient. I was always called back if I left a message and if I popped into the office there was always a kind, friendly face to welcome me.

Me and my boyfriend went in with no hope and wanted to rent a property and within 3 weeks we are moved in and loving it.
We thought it was take months and months for us but the ladies were determined to help us. Even throughout the process I was worried about getting things wrong with paperwork and references but Ally kindly offered for me to come down and she went through it with us which was great. Even the after service is excellent, I pester them sometimes with emails and calls as I have never done this before and they always respond - nothing is to much trouble.

Tracey, Ben and Jake sold our property for us in hailsham back in April within 4 days of going on the market, we haven't had great experience with estate agents in the past or the present but these guys we're outstanding, always answered the phone, always returned calls, were honest and helpful whenever asked and even helped us out with somewhere to stay short-term after our purchase fell through at the last minute. A complete breath of fresh air and earn't every penny of their very reasonable fee which they covered by selling our house for more than we thought we could get.

The owner and manager Tracey Wells had a list of contacts and each performed tasks superbly getting the property to an optimum saleable condition covering: painting,/ DIY, flooring, cleaning, gardening and house clearance. The office team were also very efficient, supportive and friendly at all times. I was impressed that all phone calls and emails were immediately followed up with and when needed with solutions.
My house sale was a demanding partial refurbishment project with associated logistical and time challenges. However the support I received from this company ensured that everything was achieved on time, to a very high standard, with an end result that I achieved my asking price.

A great Estate Agents. They go way beyond what you expect. I used them recently for a rental property in Bexhill. Even though they are not based there, they let it after just 2 days. They were happy to go over there to do the handover and made it so easy. Highly recommend them.
