From start to finish it was an honest valuation with evidenced right price to sell information. We sold within 2 weeks, after several viewings to a very reasonable offer. (and grateful for the informed feedback after every viewing). We have been kept informed the whole way through the sale, and the team were always able to update me on progress when I called for an update. Very pleased and with confidence would highly recommend this agency to any potential sellers or buyers.

This is why I want all to know that Stevens Carter of Hailsham are by far the most valuable, experienced and professional contact you could possibly wish for. Their skills in managing a sale successfully through from the initial offer to the final completion are the very best I have ever known. They keep you updated at every step of the way and always give extremely wise advice as to how best to proceed with any decisions that need to be made. Whichever member of staff you speak with, they always immediately know exactly where the sale is at and what you need to be doing giving huge peace of mind that all is well. I am new to the area and they provided quick and thorough advice, ensuring that I felt comfortable in viewing properties within my budget and to my specifications. Sydney in particular has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process - getting back to me quickly, acting professionally and friendly, and matching me with properties whenever they came through. I highly recommend Fox and Sons in Seaford if you are buying or selling!!

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.- 16th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Simon, Annabel & Team From the very first meeting with Simon, I felt completely at ease about the whole selling process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can be a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. Throughout, he kept me informed and reassured every step of the way. I was then assigned Annabel as my handler, and she was absolutely fantastic. She supported me through all the ups and downs both the happy and stressful moments and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. The process itself wasn’t easy, which was no fault of mine or Fox & Sons, but the team truly went above and beyond. They kept me consistently updated, chased when needed, and showed real dedication to getting the sale over the line. My only concern throughout the process was the solicitor firm recommended/used alongside the sale which the buyer was using. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very poor and added a significant amount of stress. Communication was lacking, and at times it felt like there were unnecessary delays, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly suggest Fox & Sons review the solicitors they work with for future sales. That said, the team Simon has built in Polegate is outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again for everything!

12th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)We brought a house from crane and co and they really were a great team, they were amazing at always updating us and pushing on the sale when it needed to be done. We worked a lot with Danny and if it wasn’t for him I don’t think the sale would’ve happened! Everytime I phoned crane and Co up they would also pick up the phone and the whole team was very friendly and would try and answer any queries! I would definitely recommend buying and selling through this company!

We are so happy with Ally and that she gave us a chance and even called us back 2 months after the actual viewing. At first landlord decided to go with another tenant before us but apparently tenant changed his mind and we did get it thanks to Ally! We’re really impressed professional they were always answered the phone fast,called back and answered any questions etc. It’s the first time i’m saying this but I recommend this agency. Thanks guys. 6th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)James from G&S was excellent, very helpful and not at all pushy or salesy. I found him very knowledge and just a really nice guy, so patient and happy to help as well. I have to say I felt very safe in his hands, which I found reassuring when lettiing my home. I felt I was seen as a person and not just another deal that needed to get signed off quickly. Within a week James had organised 5 couples to view and then he went through each applicant with me, stating their strengths or weaknesses as tenants. I felt that he wouldn’t have let me go forward with anyone he didn’t feel would be a good choice. They also organise everything you need, the EPC, gas and electric safety checks and itinerary. Nothing was too much trouble. I would whole heartedly recommend G&S, they’ve got it right, and the office is more accessible for parking being just outside of the main town.
25th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I spoke to Sophie, Max and Fred - I honestly cannot think of a way they could have been more helpful or more lovely. Sophie’s viewing style was perfect for me, she’s friendly and calm so naturally puts you at ease. She allowed me to take the lead (walk into rooms first, and chose the order to go round the home) - this respectful approach allowed me to fully engage with the space, and further put me at ease as I viewed. Viewing rooms in the order I wanted allowed me to put my priorities for a home first - providing an opportunity to really imagine myself in the home. Throughout this process the team have been knowledgable about the house, clear, and transparent - taking time to explain the process, and answer any (and all!) of my questions. As a result I felt supported, and really enjoyed interactions with the team. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
