The director of this company is awful Jamie Barnett, My place, had mold that was not fixed, heating didnt work, the ceiling fell through in the room next to mine over xmas the landlord got builders to come in and fix it before the person got back home over xmas and then told us not to say anything to her!
When i moved out they accused me of stealing a Sofa, They then stole my deposit! Do not use these people!

I have not enjoyed any dealings I have had with this particular branch.
I find them rude and unprofessional. I have felt rushed on several occasions when viewing different properties, as if they've got better things to do and more important people to see.
Unfortunately they have had houses we are interested in so we have had to have dealings with them. One thing for sure is I wouldn't unless I had too, I certainly would not use these to sell any property.

Great service, no hassle, no fuss, professional conduct at all times found a buyer within 1 week.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had tried an online agent and found the differences in levels of service to be telling. Within one month of changing to Arden my property was sold at the price i wanted. Kirsty was very helpful and made sure everyone was on top of things. Will definitely use again
