All I can say is that T&V had our property on their books for 3 years from 09 to 2012 on Burgh Meadows and in our opinion never really pushed it for the quick sale we needed,,,,I think in all that time we had 7 viewers, however within 3 weeks of changing to another Agent ,we had several interested viewings and sold it, completed within 7 weeks . So you decide !

Absolutely brilliant! I've sold two houses with Arnold& Phillips in Southport over the last 3 years and can honestly say they have provided the best professional service. Both of my houses were beautifully photographed and presented very professionally both in the office and on the internet and sold within a couple of days of going on the market. Highly recommended.

Excellent service after swapping from other local based estate agents because of poor photos. They use a professional photographer for you at NO expense to your yourself. In this age of smartphones and IPad, visual presentation is so crucial, A & Ps were the only ones who came close to what we'd expect. Everything else was handled very efficiently and sold our detached 3 bed property in a good time. Everyone in the offices in Southport and Ormskirk behaved in a friendly, yet professional manner. Highly recommend, don't just settle for an estate agent who's surviving purely on their years of business as they become set in their ways.
