Went above and beyond and sold my home within 13 days of marketing it after being on the market for 6 months with another estate agents. Big thanks to Kash Martin who approached me and mange to sell my home in record time, couldn’t recommend him enough. Well defiantly use Aspire again and recommend them to everyone ????

1 star is actually 1 too many, however it doesn't give the option to select zero.
Originally we chose aspire, as it was a Benfleet branch and we truly believed aspire would have sold our property within a timely manor.
My property has been listed with Aspire for approximately six months, during which time I have encountered several issues that have prompted this decision. Most notably:
Misrepresentation of Property Status: My property was advertised as sold when it was not, resulting in a significant loss of marketing time and potential buyers.
Lack of Communication and Professionalism: Throughout our engagement, communication has been poor, and I feel I have not been provided with a professional level of service. I have been chasing the office, trying to find out information regarding the unprocedable sale. . This went on for almost 6 weeks
I have reported my issues to The Property Ombudsman due to the poor service and misrepresentation I have experienced.
At one stage, one of the negotiators were actually having an argument with a neighbour outside, (in front of clients) regarding parking spaces. She was shouting in my neighbours face! Really unprofessional
Anyway, if you want to sell your property and have smooth sailing, definitely DO NOT chose aspire!

Great Estate Agents. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Handy that it's local too. Ed was our Estate Agent for our House Purchase and given we were first time buyers, he went over and above to get everything over the line and took time to explain it all to us. Thanks again for all your help!

I had my property on the market with 2 other estate agents over the past year and did not have many viewings and no offers at all. I switched to Tony at Aspire and his approach to marketing my property was completely different. Within 2 weeks I had multiple viewings and sold my property.
