This was a waste of my time, from the ad which was a copy paste from another property nearby. I knew from there, it wasn't going to be a good listing but unfortunately I couldn't cancel the agreement without incurring charges as apparently they had done some marketing.
Communication is terrible - emails go unanswered and promises to call back are not fulfilled.
I had to wait for the agreement to run its course and then take it off the market. Very disappointed as I had hoped for better.

Disorganised and slow. Communication could be so much better. I had to call them and chase them.
Confused because we checked reviews before using this company but it's been very disappointing working with them to try and sell our property. Discussions before signing our agreement with them all seemed fine but after we signed thing were very different. Our experience wasn't what we hoped for so we personally would not recommend.

1 star is actually 1 too many, however it doesn't give the option to select zero.
Originally we chose aspire, as it was a Benfleet branch and we truly believed aspire would have sold our property within a timely manor.
My property has been listed with Aspire for approximately six months, during which time I have encountered several issues that have prompted this decision. Most notably:
Misrepresentation of Property Status: My property was advertised as sold when it was not, resulting in a significant loss of marketing time and potential buyers.
Lack of Communication and Professionalism: Throughout our engagement, communication has been poor, and I feel I have not been provided with a professional level of service. I have been chasing the office, trying to find out information regarding the unprocedable sale. . This went on for almost 6 weeks
I have reported my issues to The Property Ombudsman due to the poor service and misrepresentation I have experienced.
At one stage, one of the negotiators were actually having an argument with a neighbour outside, (in front of clients) regarding parking spaces. She was shouting in my neighbours face! Really unprofessional
Anyway, if you want to sell your property and have smooth sailing, definitely DO NOT chose aspire!

Aspire have been brilliant and pro active from when we changed estate agents to having recently sold. Selling houses is a tough market at the moment. After not having many viewings and two offers that could not proceed we felt a change was in order. To be honest we didn’t hold out much hope of a difference but from the moment we met Tony he was enthusiastic and convinced that no matter what the market was like we would sell. We have ended up with offers that were waiting to proceed and one now we can go on with. This is down to the hard work and dedication of the team at Aspire. They gave us consistent people through the door. Lauren who arranged the viewings was always kind and helpful. Tony listened and gave advice. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people behind us. One more note. I have an Autistic son that Tony took the time to know and even let him fly his drone to take pictures. That meant a lot to me. Thank you Aspire.

Sold in 2 Weeks for £50k more than a competing agent valued it at.
We had 3 agents already value our house, and 2 of them gave a very similar price range, which we felt might be too high which made us think that they just wanted us to choose them.
One agent was listing a house we thought we wanted, and we felt we needed to go with them, yet they valued our house the lowest, and they were so negative about the housing market, their pictures looked dull and we just weren't confident that they'd get our house sold.
We then viewed a house that was on the market with Aspire, and after chatting to Ed, I thought why not see what he has to say about ours.
He came round valued it right in the middle of everyone else without knowing what others valued it at.
Walked around and gave us tips on how to set the rooms up (remove our gigantic bed from a room that was far too big for the room - which we did).
We felt comfortable that Ed was our man, we immediately booked him in for the photos, which when he came he spent hours setting up the rooms to get the perfect shot.
The photos were amazing and so bright, they make you feel proud of your home.
We had 4 viewings in 2 weeks and the house was sold, which was lucky too, as we had just found our dream home through another agent, which allowed us to put our official offer in :)
You cannot deny the effort and time Aspire put in, they have the most properties on the market and sold for a reason.
In the time our home went from sold to completion, I watched properties not sold from other agents go on the market with Aspire and get snapped up in weeks.
If you want your house sold quickly and for the right figure (i.e. not under pricing it or worse... over pricing it to later get knocked down by the mortgage valuers) then Aspire are the agents you need.

Tony and the team did a brilliant job with the sale of my property.
Tony's knowledge of the market helped set a price that attracted a huge number of potential buyer's. The photos were quickly taken whilst liasing with my tennant for access. Which was nice as I didn't have to be the middle man or allowing access myself.
We had so many viewings and it sold for more then the estimated price which took into account of other properties in the same block.
It wasn't a straightforward sale as the purchaser was initially a cash buyer but then they needed a mortgage.
Tony and the team kept me in the loop via the phone and emails throughout their dealings with the buyer, the buyer's solicitor and my own solicitor.
Very professional. I would definately use again to sell. Which is as good as praise as you could give, given how many estate agents there are in Benfleet.

Aspire managed to sell our house twice after dropping 1 buyer due to huge delays and for the top end of the guide price which is what we really needed! Marketing must work and they really make your photos pop! They can be deceiving when buying which we experienced first hand after stepping foot in a SUPER mouldy house that looked spotless in their pictures but for us, our house had little to nothing to hide so the photo editing just polished off the dark and grim weather and made things come to life as if they would in the sunshine! Thanks again Aspire!

I cannot recommend this company enough! This was a really tough sell for the aspire team ! It should have been easy as there was no onward chain and I had the same solicitor as the buyer easy you would have thought and the buyer was purchasing by cash no mortgage! I sold in the last week of August and it has just completed a few days ago!???? Aspire warned me not to use this particular local solicitor but I ignored them and went ahead with them ! What a mistake me and the buyer were lied to on so many occasions we didn’t know what way to turn ! However aspire from the very start we’re friendly professional and fantastic at their jobs ! They were never pushy with me but in the end pushed the solicitor every day due to their shocking performance! I’m sure without aspires help I still wouldn’t have completion! Unless you already have a solicitor that you trust then listen to the team and spend that little bit more ! They are the best estate agents I’ve ever used I’m sure other companies would have given up !! I can’t thank them enough or recommend them any higher to you thanks to you all again guys great job !

Little did we realise that 7 1/2 months down the line exchange and completion would have taken so long but the long wait along with the stress, persaverance of all concerned has been well worth it just to be in our new house in beautiful Devon. I want to take this opportunity to thank Aspire Estate Agents in Benfleet for helping us recently purchase our dream home! I can not thank Tony, Ed and everyone we have dealt with at the office throughout our recent buying experience enough for what they have done for us, the service has been nothing short of first class.
We have just gone through the process of buying our second property and, luckily enough for us, it was Aspire in Benfleet who were the agent looking after the sale. The initial viewing was booked on the same day of enquiry, literally an hour after our first call we were viewing the property we had been searching for. The very same evening we had made an offer on the property and, because of the complete transparency from Tony, we were able to secure the property very quickly and are now just waiting for our move date to be confirmed! During such a busy period for all in the property sector, I could not believe how well informed we were kept every step of the way.
We have experienced working with a number of other agents recently and this is by far the smoothest journey we have been on with any, I can honestly say no others have even come close.
We are absolutely thrilled and our only regret is that we didn't sell our first property through Aspire, as I'm certain that would have made the whole process much smoother too! That said, I'm sure in the future should we ever decide to move again, I would not hesitate to leave every part of the process with Tony and the team.

I emailed Aspire to book a viewing for the bungalow on Church Road. No response.
I called Aspire, they said they would call me back once they have spoken to the vendor. No call back.
I called again, again told I would be called back. No call back.
I called again, again told they would speak to the vendor and call me back. Again, no call back.
I have just called again for a 4th time, Saturday 19th at 15:17hrs and was asked if my own property is currently on the market. It is. I was then told by the lady there that the reason Aspire Estate Agents hasn't even bothered to call me back is because they won't even let me VIEW the property until my property is sold. They informed me that unless I have literally sold my own property, they do not consider me to be in a financial position where I could buy the property, so there's no point in me even looking.
I find it incredulous that you know my financial details so thoroughly that you consider me too poor to even VIEW a property, let alone put an offer in to the vendor.
I will be writing to the vendor directly.
Edit: The lady did eventually relent and said I could have a viewing next Saturday, but you shouldn't be making your prospective buyers beg to see a property, like I'm Oliver Twist, and you're doing me the favour under duress.
If you are a prospective seller and are considering Aspire to sell your property, know that you will receive fewer viewings to your property and as such, fewer eventual offers, simply because Aspire will treat your prospective buyers with contempt. Is that really what you want? You would do better to find another agent.

Difficult times with the government stopping house sales but I couldn't have got a better service than that which Aspire provided. Really bad experience with Aspire that I feel compelled to share here.
I spoke with different agents five times over four weeks trying to book a simple thing as viewing. Every single one of them had a new lie to cook and fresh promise to break. Not once did anyone at Aspire apologise or give a straight story.
I have been dealing with a lot of estate agents over the years and have not seen such unprofessional behaviour anywhere. How people can trust them with the sale/purchase of their homes is beyond me.
