I have recently used Countryside Estates for the sale of my property.
I found Stephanie to be very professional from the outset. I also felt confident to leave Stephanie and the team to carry out viewings when I was not present.
Natalie was very helpful in negotiating the sale price and once the offer was accepted Stephanie kept me updated on all progress and helped to move the sale forward.
I would not hesitate to recommend Countryside Estates.

I had to sell my mother's house after she died and then my brother died a few months later. It has been a very traumatic experience.
However Stephanie at Countryside Estates handled the whole matter in a both professional but more importantly very sensitive manner.
One of her many strength's was her assertiveness with both the buyers and the solicitors making sure everyone was fully aware of what was needed to by done by whom and when it needed to be done by which then ensured everything was signed and agreed in a timely manner.
I felt like I have been working with a consummate professional who knows everything involved in the process and legal requirements of selling a house with an obvious in depth experience and thorough knowledge of the market and conveyancing.
I highly commend Countryside Estates and it goes without saying have nothing but gratitude for the brilliant customer service experience I receive from Stephanie.

Throughout the whole sale process I have felt like I have been working with a professional person who knows what she is talking about, someone who understands the market and knows the conveyancing process inside out.

I had an excellent experience with Countyside. Steph was very supportive and always on hand to help with any questions. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently. We would definitely use them again and recommend them. Great service especially during the process after offer supporting with questions and moving the sale alone. After offer we sold very quickly which was what we needed.

Stephanie at Countryside Estates has been a breath of fresh air in a minefield of stress.
We purchased a house via Stephanie and she was highly professional, informative and diligent throughout the whole process.
We have encountered quite a few agents during our sale and purchase but Stephanie was hands down the best of them all.

Stephanie from Countryside Estates helped myself and my partner compete the purchase of our first home and her help from start to finish was invaluable. Stephanie was very responsive to emails/calls and helped with any queries (no matter how minor) that we had. Unfortunately, for us our solicitors were incredibly poor and so Stephanie went above and beyond to help facilitate communications between us and the sellers to move things along. It was an especially nice touch that Stephanie presented us with some flowers upon completion and a follow up call the next day to check we had settled in ok. Stephanie was professional thorough out and we would highly recommend her and countryside estates to anyone looking to buy/sell a house without hesitation.
