However Stephanie at Countryside Estates handled the whole matter in a both professional but more importantly very sensitive manner. One of her many strength's was her assertiveness with both the buyers and the solicitors making sure everyone was fully aware of what was needed to by done by whom and when it needed to be done by which then ensured everything was signed and agreed in a timely manner. Stephanie was very responsive to emails/calls and helped with any queries (no matter how minor) that we had. Unfortunately, for us our solicitors were incredibly poor and so Stephanie went above and beyond to help facilitate communications between us and the sellers to move things along.
