We chose to market our property with Aspire Homes after meeting with 4 local agents. Simon was forthcoming, didn't promise the earth knowing he couldn't deliver but gave sound advise and recommendations on how to approach the market and Aspire's marketing strategy. Also, of the 4 agents, Aspire were best value for money, offered a 12 week contract with no hidden strings.

An absolutely shocking company.
Allowed photos of property which were years out of date.
Lied on the listing and omitted important information.
When pulled up on these matters removed the property because I promised to report them to their regulatory body.
I will never use this company again.
Many better businesess in the town.

We have just sold our property through Aspire and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the local area. I would go so far as to say that they would be my go to agent if I had another property to sell. Everyone I came across in the team were so friendly, but professional. A special mention to Simon, Amy, and Adam, whom the majority of our dealings were with. They made the whole process painless and hassle free.

Most people sell one house but no we had three selling all at the same time. From the very beginning when Alex came to value the properties to exchange and completion Adam and Simon both advised us along the way whilst Amy, James and Rob dealt with the day to day issues contacting everyone along the way. Not forgetting Katrina for always being on hand and at the end of the phone returning endless calls were and when required.
These guys are professional in every way and a great team giving 100% and going the extra mile when required.
We would definitely recommend Aspire to anyone wishing to sell their home.
