Knightsbridge - Wigston

34 Leicester Road, Wigston

I had a man from here come out and take a walk around my property to potentially put it on the market and he fully supported me in every way I even liked his car and it suits him I am sure that he may like some properties in the bradgate park area because I remember a day when I was there myself a long time ago and I have not forgotten the place Maybe he should also think about branching out into something that may interest him at some point with another man involved to and that is important And also a new name for an estate agents as a bonus I shall leave this with him until we meet again X Lisa

Lisa Lewis

Poor service not at all customer focused were driven to lower price after only 4 weeks. Introduced me to a solicitor that was shocking, and when raised this as an issue the estate agent was very biased in their opinion towards the solicitor.-not surprised as the agent was making more commission due to the initial introduction. AVIOD AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Jack and Jo at Spencers Wigston were fantastic from start to finish! They were very kind and helpful and kept me calm!! really lovely genuine people. I would hugely recommend this branch.

As a first time buyer, i'd expect a mortgage adviser to help you as much as possible and make your journey less complicated. BUT unfortunately it didn't go as expected. Disappointed, it's a shame really because Demi was nice, but she made it complicated and didn't really know how to handle the business, i had to give up and go somewhere else. Waste of time, effort, fuel, and also printed out a load of bank statements and payslips for nothing!!!!!

Nest Estate Agents - Wigston

I went in here in the past and I found the women who worked in this estate agents to be quite cliquey with each other that it could be quite intimating to a customer walking in here alone I have reason to believe that this estate agents moved further up the street in wigston and is now under the name of Nottingham and I am sure people reading this know where I mean. Myself I bought a house off these people and want to say that the owner Mrs Reid left a manky fridge in the kitchen that I wouldn't give house room to well over 10 years old and way past its sell by date and bordering on the word dangerous There was also an electric double socket at the back of the shower wall that was low down and being truthful I also had the neighbours from hell to on both sides of me to take on when I bought the property and one of these was a snitcher reporting every move I made to a family member At the back of the house was a weird guy who had a ladder that was the builders type up a tree and that was there for 2 years and he told me he liked to maintain his property but I don't know where it was a dated dog hole with one of them box job conservatory's in aluminium He was also that weird that he put his washing out in the rain signalling to the neighbour on the right who was his auntie (the snitch) One day this man was pretending to garden and yet he looked like some crazy builder pulling up grass and throwing it down in a tantrum What with what I would call bitchy women in an estate agents that are catty beyond compare and the weird neighbours I was glad to sell up and leave for pastures new The neighbour on the left was in a group gang of four one day so I had to do a swan neck around them and when I put the key in the door they just stared at me so uneasy as I was I went inside to lock the door behind me. The noise at this house was terrible to with the loud gob of one neighbour vibrating through the wall (the walls were thin) The radiators were making noises on moving in the stop cock leaked and the hob was dangerous and sparked to and the creaky stairs made it even worse I personally would never buy a property through this agent ever again even under a new name and as for the change of name of the agents well that looks dodgy anyway (I think slot of the time they just sell thrashed wrecks and they are not alone because scotts estate agents do the same to but please view the properties especially those in sth wigston and wigston and see what I mean for yourself and if you buy anything modern and clean you should get a flag out and celebrate at one that ,(hasn't been left since the 1800 era or thrashed with a lucky lick of one coat emulsion paint at cheap £6 a go wilco special ton over that dated snow 3d look woodchip) be warned at what some estate agents fob you off with...on the cheap dated style or with even worse damp problems or dangerous electrics From Lisa Howe (don't forget me will you I say it as I see it or experience it )

Phillips George Estate Agents

46 Long Street, Wigston

Absolutely fantastic service. Claire dealt promptly and courteously with all of our enquiries when recently selling our property. She was super efficient and really knew her market. Sold our house for more than the asking price in less than a week. Much better service than our solicitor and at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

leighloz

Thank you very much to Paul and Clare for finding me such lovely tenants. It was a very professional service throughout and all your advice was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Phillips George to others and will use you again in the future!

Hunters - Wigston

44 Blaby Road, South Wigston, Leicestershire

If you have any doubt about using Hunters, you shouldn’t. I’ve dealt with Tony and Co on two occasions now, the first was for renting my first house and the second was for buying my first home. In the first case everything was brilliant, I’d dealt with many lettings agents in the Leicester area prior to Hunters and was always left somewhat disappointed - however with these guys I was far from that. Any queries were resolved near enough instantly and communications were always brilliant. When It came to me moving out of the property I was genuinely saddened at the prospect of another lettings agency. These guys genuinely care for their tenants. When it came to my buying my first house I was pleased to find that the property I was interested in was marketed by Hunters. I gave Tony a quick call to see if I could get in for a viewing and he still recalled who I was, after well over a year since our last contact. Throughout the purchase the guys from Hunters were great, chasing up any questions I had and getting me answers within the hour. I was kept informed through the entire process and the guys were happy for me to call up for any additional updates I was after. They managed to get my own solicitor and the vendors solicitor moving faster than even I could, genuinely keeping the purchase moving when the legal side slowed down. Even now the purchase is completed Tony is happy to help point me to local vouched tradesmen for the work I’m after. I couldn’t rate these guys higher, if only more businesses were like this. Thanks so much for all your hard work and the incredible service you provide.

GetAgent makes finding an estate agent easier.

Very helpful in arranging for 3 agents to come around and put their pitch for marketing our property. Having them as an intermediary made the process...

A very good comparison website

A very good comparison website for checking local estate agencies. We used it to check who have sold the most in our area and the results were very useful to us.

It really helped my decision making

There are so many estate agents to choose from but they provided details with the numbers of houses each had sold in my area and which had achieved the asking price which I found most helpful

Mrs Heather Marshall

Choose the right agent for your house.

An amazingly easy way to choose your estate agent with total confidence. I did and among the many found the right one for my house. Speedy, responsive, considerate and effective. Thank you.

Ms Jean Bywater
