Rented through Austin Chambers for two years, and I can confidently say they are one of the best rental agencies I've ever worked with. Their communication was always quick and honest, so refreshing compared to other agencies where you often have to wait weeks to get something fixed.
Whenever we had an issue, they addressed it immediately and professionally. Their team is straightforward and trully cares about the tenants. Big recommendation for them, especially for Ali who was there for us at all times.

Richard did a great job marketing the property following the death of a relative and we were delighted by the interest he generated within a few days, and finding a buyer much sooner than expected. He advised us sensibly on pricing, supported the sale process on both sides, keeping us fully informed at each stage.
Overall, a most professional and complete service, greatly appreciated. We. Completed the sale within 8-9 weeks of first listing.

Austin Chambers are the go to Estate Agent for Lettings and Sales in N.11 and surrounding areas.
I wouldn’t use anybody else. They offer a remarkable, reliable, good and truly honest service.
The staff are so very kind and helpful, and nothing is to much trouble.
I have dealt with them for over 3 decades and 100% recommend them.

Very disappointed with our experience with Mr Ali Khani he is very unprofessional unethical and rude. What is even more worse is that right at the end of our journey with him he decided to share a confidential conversation we had with him with the tenants on a email because he had a disagreement with us. Ali is unable to stay professional when he is having challenging conversations, he shouts, he talks over you and in recent light he can be spiteful. Specific examples of his unprofessional behaviours are when you ask him to give you documents like the agreement, he seems to think he is a lawyer and expects to be paid. When you ask him something or clarify he thinks he is giving you advice and again he expects to be paid. I am so glade we don’t have to deal with Ali anymore.

We would highly recommend Austin Chambers & Co. for both rental and sales as we haven’t met a more dedicated team. We rented a property from them for 13 years and can’t praise them enough. The Lettings Director -Mr. Ali Khani- has been extremely professional, thorough and consistently efficient the whole time, making it an easy process. The great thing was that no matter what the issue, you would get a call or a message that they are on it and not to worry. Because of the way they deal with things, we wouldn’t worry.
We were very lucky to have Mr. Ali Khani overseeing the lettings because his vast experience, continuous reliability and truly respectful manner made all the difference.
When we bought our first home through Austin Chambers, both Mr. Ali Khani and Mr. Richard Klein helped. What could be one of the most stressful times in our lives was made so much simpler by their honesty, fairness and constant support and reassurances throughout the process.
There is definitely something unique about Austin Chambers that you won’t find elsewhere.
