Excellent service through both rentals a few years ago and now sale. Found me an excellent tenant who even when fell behind with rent during Covid made the back payments. My situation changed and I decided to sell the flat. Johnny and his team found a buyer quickly at a good price. Today marks the end of my 12 Year tenancy with Woodhouse Estate Agents. To be honest I’m very sad to be leaving, but so grateful and overwhelmed.
