Our first estate agents failed to sell the house over the space of 3 months, however, Austins secured an offer in less than 2 weeks! They were also a great help in nudging the sale along and pushed the solicitors when required.

The team at Austin Property Services worked very hard for us during the Covid 19 lockdown, frequently chasing estate agents and solicitors up and down the chain.

At times they seemed to be the only one of the “professionals” who cared about our sale and purchase - even though the purchase was not their responsibility. In fact I know that other house owners in the chain contacted Austin’s because their own estate agents were not actively pushing for Exchange and Completion.

Thoroughly recommended.
