Our experience with Jon at Meyers Estate Agents started with promise but quickly turned disappointing due to a lack of effort on their part.
Initially, we were hopeful, as Jon seemed knowledgeable and enthusiastic about selling our property. However, as time went on, it became evident that this enthusiasm did not translate into action.
Communication became sporadic, with our inquiries often going unanswered for days. When we did manage to get in touch, it felt like our concerns were not taken seriously, and there was little proactive effort to address them.
Despite assurances, our property received little attention from potential buyers, and it languished on the market far longer than we anticipated forcing us to switch agents.
When our house quickly sold through another agent, as the buyer had initially viewed it some months before with Jon he still made the commission on the property although he had made no effort to follow up on his introduction and all the hard work and negotiations had been carried out by another agent.
Overall, while our experience with Meyers Estate Agents started with promise, the lack of effort and ineffective communication ultimately led to a disappointing outcome. We would caution others to carefully consider their options before engaging with this agency for their property needs

Jon helped us sell our home. He was always to hand and helpful, he was honest from the start, I know that's hard to believe for an estate agent!!! But he really was. He kept us up to date and informed. We knew we had an unusual house to sell in a difficult time, but Jon was always there with the unto date information. once we had a viewing he was immediately on the phone leaving us a voice message to let us know how things went. We had instant feedback and never had to chase him. What is unique is the WhatsApp group he sets up with you so messages in a busy time are there for you in an instant. You feel very secure with Jon and his experience that he will get you through the stressful time, with a good humour and encouragement. I have already recommended him for friends and would even consider Jon not just an estate agent but now a good friend.

Cannot recommend Jon Williams of Meyers Estate Agents Weymouth highly enough, he made the whole process of selling our house much easier than previous sales with other agents. He gave great advice on how to make the house look it's best in the photographs (was VERY pleased with the photos that were taken), set up a WhatsApp group to keep us updated at all times and was very quick to respond to any messages we sent. The marketing strategy was fully discussed and a buyer secured within a few days of the proprty going on the market. When this fell through (no fault of Meyers) Jon responded promptly and worked efficiently to find another buyer quickly. Communication was good throughout the process and Jon was able to respond to all queries relating to the house sale.
No house sale can be stress free but my sale was a lot less stressful than it could have been.
I have no hesitation in recommending Jon Williams and Meyers Estate Agents

Jon from Meyers was a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I viewed a home that was listed by Jon and he made us feel welcome, never rushed us by saying that many others were waiting to view the property that day, and let us view rooms multiple times. At the end of the viewing Jon didn't try to make us submit an impulse offer on our way out the door, which was appreciated because as a buyer you need to be certain that the house is a good fit with your needs and finances. I believe Jon did an excellent job with matching our preferences with the vendor, which made the sale a very smooth process.
