My wife and I had YourMove Perton out to value our property. In the end, we opted to go with Connells. Since our has has been on the market with Connells Wolverhampton, we’ve had several people come to view our house, telling us that the YourMove estate agents in Perton had told them negative and disparaging things about our house - seemingly in an attempt to put people off buying our property - as they have a similarly priced and very comparable property literally around the corner / one street away from ours. The ‘icing on the cake’ is finding out that the lady who was meant to be buying our house has now bought theirs instead - on the same day. When my wife rang up to tell them that three separate people had told us about the comments YourMove Perton had made about our house, we were told that they doubt anyone in their branch would do such a thing - so are they suggesting we are lying? It doesn’t speak very positively about their business and professionalism when they have to insult and criticise other local houses, in a desperate bid to secure a sale on the three bedroom semi of theirs that they are selling. Professionalism is non-existent. Although, it makes it more amusing that after they valued ours, they were practically begging us to list with them! But suddenly, they’re putting off every potential buyer of a three bedroom semi in the Bilbrook/Codsal area of our property. Highly unethical, immoral and unprofessional - you should be ashamed.

Absolutely huge praise to Zoe at Right Move in Perton. Friendly and professional, she helped us to put our flat on the rental market and just one day later had secured respectable tenants and had them moved in quickly and efficiently, with great communication throughout the process. Words don't do her justice, but hopefully this shows how appreciative we are to her for making what should probably have been a stressful process incredibly quick and easy. Thanks!

Run! This is the worst agency ever!
Totally don't recommend it.
When I moved in the house had a bug infestation that they've refused to deal with.
When I moved out one of them called and asked for the keys back earlier because they didn't want me to have access to the property anymore. Then when I've asked to receive proof that I've moved out earlier, they said I was still responsible till the end of the contract.
Awful experience, I'll never use it again. Don't know if all of them are like that but the Perton one, including management team are the worst agents.

Our experience with Your Move in Perton so far has been excellent. From initial contact Sabi has offered us a great deal of advice and support we could not have asked for more so thank you Sabi!
From presentation of our house for sale the Pictures/Video tours we felt looked amazing we think Simon did a great job. Not to forget the team of course Stuart and Kerry have worked so hard arranging viewings and follow up. Fantastic support from them too.
Wow … tremendous results so far so much so we had 8 viewings within the first 3 days over the weekend all with excellent responses. You couldn’t ask for more.

Fantastic service from Sabi and her team. We sold our house and everything was really straightforward. Sabi and the team are great at ensuring everything is pushed through quickly. We often found it easier to ask the estate agent for advice than our solicitor as they were much quicker at replying. Would definitely use again
If I had to make one area for improvement, it would be that when we were having our viewings the estate agent that was accompanying us was late almost every time. They would show up right on the dot of the viewing or occasionally around 5 mins late. This was a bit awkward when it was just us and the viewer waiting for the agent.

As a tenant my experience has not been great. Communication is awful! Never anyone there to take your call. No response to emails.
Local office don’t deal with maintenance, don’t deal with agreements, don’t deal with ending tenancy. Not sure what the letting team actually do. Forever signposted to head office who are just as infuriating.

It is rare to come across a sincere estate agent that is upfront and honest in the best possible way. For the first time ever, I felt like moving was not nearly as hectic and stressful as it has been before for me many times before.

Your move have been a nightmare from the very start, never have i had such trouble with an estate/letting agent. First off, when we moved into our home, the "TO LET" sign had been left outside the front of the property for 4 months after we had moved in, after numerous calls, (by the way , they never answer the phone), i ended up taking down the sign myself. Next, we had an issue with the heating, over the winter, we were left without heating for 2 months, after numerous phone calls, eventually they answered the phone, after my first complaint, one of many , one of the members of staff replied by telling me its not really their responsibility to deal with the issue, well then what is the actual point of a letting agent?? and with your move being the only contact we had with our landlord, who else could deal with the situation? Next off we had a header tank leak from the loft, again in the winter, it took several phone calls and 3 weeks for someone to come out and sort the issue. The stair bannister was breaking away from the wall, an issue id mentioned when we first moved in, a danger whilst my at the time pregnant wife needed to use the stairs, id mentioned this to your move so many times i hd lost count, the issue was never resolved. I could go on and on. After all of the trouble and appalling service your move have delivered, thYe still charged us a £120 checkout fee, something never mentioned to myself or that i have ever heard of or experienced with other establishments , and hidden away in fine print. My advice, go elsewhere!

I moved house almost 6 weeks ago now. From putting my flat up for sale to moving day was 8 weeks. I couldn't of asked for a single thing more from your move. They did absolutely everything for me from contacting potential buyers, arranging mortgage advisors, solicitors and even printing and sending things off to solicitors for me. The only thing I did was visit to put my signature on things. Sabi, Stuart and Iren made my life so much easier been as I work full time. They were worth their weight in gold. Moving house last year wouldn't have been possible without the staff at this branch.
Sabi had a sale agreed on our property before our photos even went online, and after the mortgage for our onward purchase fell through Chris was able to secure us another deal without hampering the sale.

It's a shame I have to give these incompetent people even one star.
When calling to request details on my flat let I was due to move into, they kept promising to get back to me later. No phones calls came back after numerous attempts to talk to someone that can help manage my situation.
Different agents continue to tell you different things and are rude when answering the phone to the same person after so many calls. The customer service is poor and they seem to have the memory of a goldfish when it comes to remembering who is even calling and what about.
If at all possible, avoid this agency as they obviously require some training in both their duties and customer relations.
